I accidentally had a whole day to myself when i went to a tattoo flash day and couldn't get an early slot so had to wait for 6 hours, and I took myself to lunch, went to the cinema, did some shopping, all without having to consider anyone but me and it was one of the best days I've had in a long time. oo one moment that i was embarrassed about was when I had a panic attack at the dojo. I just watched the first episode of Dahmer on Netflix (I had to turn it off bc it triggered so many emotions) & when I got to my dojo, there was drama between people. I still have no idea what happened that day (which is why I no longer train there), but I forgave myself for experiencing human emotion bc it was my body protecting me from the unknown. I still have no idea what happened that day and that’s okay. I’m presently eating my Thanksgiving leftovers in peace and away from a toxic place that took advantage of me.

Fun story: I saw Girl Talk in Austin a while ago. We floated the river for 4 hours during the day and the venue was at the end of the river. However, I forgot that your legs are just a susceptible to sunburn as the rest of your body so I didnt put sunscreen on them. I got such bad sunburn on them I couldnt move them and had to stand/sit in the back and pretty much just shoulder shimmy to every song. I also couldnt really walk for a few weeks after as well. Ahhh memories!
