Breaking down barriers and getting through to them that when EVERYONE is saying the same things or talking about lies/ propaganda/ misinformation from said person, it’s usually an indicator it’s coming from said person!!!! Yes, fibromyalgia!! I have it and it is quite debilitating, worsened by stress and anxiety. She strives for perfectionism and when she fails her muscles ache and go into spasm making her irritable and impatient. That explains it all. She will self medicate but it won't relieve the symptoms 100%. You need a calm, uncomplicated life and good diet and exercise. She has the last 2. Shanta, you've hit the nail on the head.

As with another comments. MS comes to mind hearing the description of symptoms. My mother had MS, later in life, chronic progressive, somewhat slow. Her youngest brother also had MS, developed it young, chronic progressive, but advanced on a steady path. Both have passed.

If you look at her hands, her thumbs bend back a long way. That can be an indicator of hypermobility. It would explain why she has been so good at yoga but seemingly doesn't have a lot of muscle. Hypermobility is pretty serious and side effects include stiffness, dizziness, exhaustion. It gets more serious with age.

I worked for orthopedic surgeons, and she looks like she may have bunions and/or hammer toes. IMO. And her sky high heeled shoes might not have helped. For the toes- a bunionectomy can be an effective though painful surgery. I know a nurse who won't gave the surgery for the latter reason. Also long term wearing of very high heeled shoes could have put a strain on her feet and leg muscles. This from observation.

There are 3 autoimmune diseases that come to mind for Meghan. #1.. polymyositis is disease that causes your muscles to become irritated and inflamed which in which your muscles start to breakdown and become weak. # 2...myasthenia gravis....attacking your muscles through antibodies that attack the receptors in your muscles. I wonder if she could suffer from lupus? I think it is a condition that affects some ethnic groups more than others. I'm not a doctor and trying to be politically correct being 'British', as we risk immediate arrest and imprisonment if we raise colour or creed on social media! But I've looked into a lot of conditions in the search for answers in my own medical issues and lupus is more prominent in people of colour and not so much in us bleached Brits. Whereas Chronic Fatigue, which you firstly mentioned, knows no bounds. Either one would wear heavily on mental health too.
