2 Drills Focused On Ground Balls/Backhands/Picks

In this video I show two different drills you can do with infielders. Both drills have 4 parts to it so you are able to get in a bunch of reps while working on different skills.

Yes they are! This is my 1st year coaching.. my daughter wanted to play so I signed her up for rec ball... There was not enough coaches so with out me and another dad signing up they wouldn't have been able to play.. I'm so new to this! I want to teach them all the right ways and these videos have been a life saver... Thank you

I'm not sure what the difference is between "picking" and regular grounders. I've heard you use the term "pick" but not sure what makes it different. Thank you!

A pick is like a one hopper coming in.
