I just can't see any of Megumi's shikigami tanking more than 2 or 3 hits of Nanami's CT, and that goes to Megumi as well, we know he doesn't have the highest resistance in the verse, one hit from 7:3 + black flash should put him out of commission. (I'm obviously not counting Mahoraga since he would kill them both)

Divine dog totality should probably outscale nanami on its own it's shown to be capable of damaging hanami who should have higher durability than either Dagon or mahito(atleest base mahito) . Megumi should reasonably be capable of reacting to nanami at a decent scale seeing as though he did use some aim reacting and prediction skills along with his CT he did manage to react to revived toji, of course toji in this case was most likely not using his full power at the same time even in the state he fought megumi in his attack speed should still outscale Dagon especially the points where he was clearly trying to kill megumi with his attacks and was capable to sync(albeit barely) in attack and reaction speed to yuji when they fought knock off zoro and yuji at this point should outscale nanami in every kind of speed. If they fight in an enclosed space where megumi can use his domain expansion it's over he can spam divine dog totality who's ap massively out scales nanamis durability and could probably be argued to outscale his speed to but that would be a bit iffy can use Max's elephant flooding and would pratically be untouchable due to his domain allowing him to move in his shadow at will. Otherwise the fight would be closer but I Still think megumi would win using divine dog totality ap and attack speed feats while keeping away from nanamis range with his show. Reaction speed feats.

Nanami is pretty clearly shown as not close to being as fast as divine dogs and megumi could just pop out the DE immediately and nanami can’t do jack shit about megumi spamming and completely overwhelming nanami with all his shikigami. Sure nanami could hit a couple but he’s dead faster than he could hit those couple hits to take down 1 of the shikigami he gets too overwhelmed and he can’t get out of a max elephant on top of him rabbits surrounding him like a cage fight with divine dogs and all other shikigami inside of it

He certainly did have that potential following the logic of the verse. However there's the matter of how likely that actually is. For a character like Mahito, you'd expect growth considering how almost philosophical and interested in fighting he is. Whereas Dagon doesn't seem to actually desire constant combat with Sorcerers, so while growth in the verse would 100% be possible, I doubt we'd ever actually see it unless Dagon were to come close to death but just barely survive.

And nanami has 0 counter to any domain expansions

for what you say at the 15:56 bit; All of them besides Maki and Megumi were severely injured due to dagon Only focusing on Nanami and Noabito. Meaning ONLY Nanami and Noabito were Hurt and tired while Megumi and Maki instead had the most stamina and the most strength at that point since Megumi just entered and Dagon payed 0 attention towards Maki. Bringing Up that point at 15:56 only means Megumi is above a injured and fatigued nanami and Noabito and a full power shibuya maki however does Not prove he's above Nanami and Noabito in there full power

Mahoraga, at points through the fight, overwhelmed full power 15f sukuna without the domain expansion and no adaption. 2. All of megumis shikigamis r stated to be special abilities for each shikigami but have never been implied to have ct. Remember 10 shadows is MASSIVELY different than gets technique. Shikigami=/= curses. Geto summons curses that he's consumed that were already existing. 10 shadows summons 10 shikigami that DID NOT come from anywhere other than the 10 shadows. Therefore it makes sense to say the shikigami aren't using ct, but special abilities because that would mean megumi has multiple ct from just the 10 shadows

Nah, Megumi gets beat before he can even find a close building to release his domain. Edit-> Meh, Toji was clearly being holding back mentally against Megumi. Toji running towards Dagon and him attacking Megumi is like night and day. Megumi's domain is only really useful in a building. Nanami can get out if Megumi does it outside. Mid diff fight at best, this is including the domain. Low diff if Megumi cannot get his domain off.

Lol no. Toji didn't show any sort of mental blockage until late into their fight. And the beginning of their fight most specificly in chapter 113 we can quite clearly see that each times toji attacked he was going for the kill, we literally see him aim for megumi heart, someone with a mental blockade to not kill a guy dosent do that. Though toji was obviously not using his power at 100% since to do so he'd probably need a teen gojo level opponent. He was definitely operating at a baseline level for blitzing and killing his opponents. And be real with yourself at that point toji already massively our scales nanami. Nanamis best speed feat at this point is reacting to and keeping pace with an outside domain Dagon(albeit with the help of the second fastest sorcerer and Maki). Meanwhile toji was able to perception blitz Maki and grab her playfully cloud without even trying the same Maki who's also capable of physically reacting to Dagon and has shown to do so even inside the domain expansion. The toji that fought megumi should still massively outscale nanami in speed even at a baseline level. Though he had to use his CT like rabbit burial to help him he was clearly capable of reacting to this tojis movements. Therefore nanami isn't beating megumi early game when megumi should be able to quite easily react to nanami movements.

The wolf is really the only threat but we saw a fodder like Reggie deal with it. People need to top acting like Megumi stands anywhere of a chance at winning or severely injuring people like Nanami or Yuji when they out-stat him greatly.

Megumi is a character who nearly throughout the entire series has had to deal with physicly scaling below the majority of his opponents which is why instead of focusing on a field he's clearly lacking in instead he works on his other strengths. Megumi didn't physicly react to toji we clearly see he uses his quick thinking and CT everytime he reacted to toji he used his CT optiminally to avoid his moves such as when he used rabbit escape to mess up tojis balance preventing him from landing a fatal strike or when he used the toad to help him avoid tojis attack in a position he couldn't dodge. And exactly where did toji let megumi run around without doing anything he practically was attacking him throughout the entirety of chapter 113 up until he realized it was megumi. Agien nanami best speed feat to date is keeping pace with an awakened Dagon.

The way his ct works is that it divides 10 lines of his opponent that creates a weak spot on the 7:3 ratio, but if the opponent is durable enough then even getting hit on the weak spot wouldn’t do as much damage. For example if I punch you at a weak spot which is your stomach let’s say, you would get really hurt, but if I punch mike tyson in the stomach he wouldn’t feel as much pain as you, because he’s more durable. Hope that makes sense

@@lephuong2572 ronin contradicted himself, I’m using nanamis ct definition with what the show tells us. Imagine nanami looking at his opponent okay, now imagine he sees 10 lines on his opponent, one of the lines is the weakest spot, if he attacks that area, it would hurt a lot more than if he were to hit the other 9 areas since it’s not the weak spot. But durability also plays a role, if he fights someone that is so durable, the weak spot would still affect but not as much since they’re durable. If nanami were to attack megumi and toji for example at their weak spot, toji would get hurt less than megumi cuz toji is more durable.

I find it really odd why Nanami chose to keep his blade wrapped up and he would tend to use the blunt end. Generally speaking and especially with cursed spirits, you'd be better off slicing and piercing

Megumi's domain might not be viable depending on how much information Nanami has on it. Worst case (on Megumi's part), Megumi attempts to bait Nanami in a domain and it just gets collapsed on him

Yeah it blows my mind they overlooked this when they quite literally acknowledged both Nanami's extention technique to collaspe a large area and his intelligence. In that sense, Nanami is technically a mismatch against Megumi using his 10 Shadows for distsnce and smart engagements, but his extension technique directly counters Megumi's incomplete Domain. In our first showing of Nanami, you know the guy doesn't just chill in a bad situation. He damn near killed an early Mahito when he decided to dip.

@@juneberrysaint I personally think Megumi has his best shot utilizing his Divine Dog: Totality in conjuction with his other summons outside of his domain. His domain has to be in enclosed places, and that's the only use case Nanami has for his extension technique. Maybe I'm crazy, but this doesn't seem like one of those situations Nanami wouldn't just collapse the area to dip. It's very much consistent with his character. I think overall is a high diff toss up

@@LBK978 Not crazy but I don't think Megumi would open his domain with Nanami close enough to the barrier to get out immediately. I agree he has a better shot outside the domain though even if it's not guaranteed
