When she said: “if you don’t have hope, there’s no willingness to try.” 6:40 That is so true

Mel Robins is absolutely amazing, and straight to the point in this podcast. Goodness the hosts, they are something else. Too many adds in this podcast, even with You Tube Premium.

❤listening again. As a teacher, I took it to a rule that phone is out of room. Covid teaching time created lots of questions parents needed addressed in a timely manner. Set aside this time and let my students’ families know. It really assures quality time to address verbally or as allowed in person…. Then, you have to improve self care…. It took years to actually learn to take lunch breaks as I know health and wellness matters! Flex vs Fix mindset is always the time = key for team building and development. Thanks for….

Mel dropped so much amazing wisdom in this episode. Thank you for having her. She's such a brilliant and highly-evolved mind. I love the way she intelligently deconstructs how we operate in relationships and how to re-frame breakups. She's amazing! I'm very annoyed by the amount of immature babble coming form Lauryn and the way she kept putting down her husband. Following Mel's advice, I'm just going to "let them" keep bickering. But the content and insight from Mel was worth it. Cheers to the LET THEM theory!! 💖

So important especially through Aries changes throughout life stages. 5 seconds home blowouts, skin care… dishes, declutter etc. prepping to change especially after best sleeping during Covid. Wow if all were easy, it’d not be a rule growing stategies.

KZbin premium is worth it for sure!!!

Even with KZbin premium, the hosts of this podcast do their own live reads so you still have to trudge through those. Irritating 😢

They can’t make content without ads. KZbin can’t host without ads.

How on earth do you host a podcast with a world-famous author and not prepare beforehand? Quote: "I'm going to read your book now." You should have read the book before you invited Mel Robins. Shocker.

This is really motivating if you’re feeling lazy, but what about if you’re already grinding? Some people need to hear advice about taking a step back and being grateful and present. Maybe some people would benefit from laying in bed and enjoying their morning.
