Aah, stretching! In Pilates, I like to refer to some of the stretching as dessert. It just feels good to increase blood flow to the muscles plus it releases endorphins that help to reduce pain and enhance your mood. That is why I created a 30-minute flow of all my favorite stretches to do alone, add before or after another workout or give you ideas of some go-to stretches when you need something quick and easy. Enjoy!
