Melanoma Survivor Randy Stout Shares his Keytruda Experience

On Sep 4, 2014, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved a new immunotherapy drug to treat advanced melanoma, signaling a paradigm shift in the way the deadly skin cancer is treated.
The drug, Keytruda, was tested on more than 600 patients who had melanoma that had spread throughout their bodies, including Randy Stout. Here, he shares his amazing recovery and experience working UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center researcher Dr. Antoni Ribas.

I am Randys widow. He passed june 20th 2019. After a 7 year battle with stage 4 melanoma. Keytruda gave him so many more years. RIP Randy, I LOVE YOU FOREVER.

Sorry for your cancer. Ketruda is amazing I am on it. Here is the fault of the doctor,,why was there no full body MRI from day one? They missed my stage 4 by only doing the pelvis and it had spread,,only to find it 6 months later.

Jane-Do so sorry for your loss? I have neck cancer. Everything I've read has told me to stay away from Chemo and Rad. I'm considering Immunology with Keytruda but they say it can cause heart damage and death even after you stop it. I'm not sure what to do. Again sorry for your loss. Prayers IJN Amen

If you don't want chemo you definitely don't want this. It can damage your body so much worse.
