Tanpa menggunakan beban melatih otot dada bagian atas, tengah dan bawah dengan 7 variasi tehnik yang berbeda. Gunakan waktu dalam berlatih misalnya 30, 45 atau 60 detik dalam berlatih non stop dengan masa jeda 15 detik antar set dan 1 menit istrahat antar gerakan. Minimal 3 set dan maximal antara 5-8.
