Thank you for sharing your MICE experience. I got to visit the expo virtually. Paragon is probably top of my wish list next to the awesome distribution tool used by the new, 2022 World Barista Champion. What a great experience and I hope to go to MICE some time in the future. Cheers! ☕☕🤘😁

Gravity distributor - sorry as much as I like Pesado products and have many of them in my own arsenal, I don't buy into efficiency of 'gravity distributor'. When Sasa Sestic went onto designing the original OCD tool, he and the team he engaged at the Swiss university did extensive testing on all possible options, one of them being leveling and/or distribution 'by gravity and weight'. I remember reading about it too at the time. However they decided against it as it was doing the opposite what the distributor was supposed to. This is also one of the reasons you'll never see a pro barista using one of the leveler/distributors as palm tampers, but leveler only, before tamping with a tamper.

An enjoyable journey with you guys…I watched the entire thing. I also purchased some Air Escape canisters based on that segment. I know Jimmy was enamored with meeting Lance Hedrick, but more and more he’s becoming an annoying caricature of himself (probably a result of KZbin fame going to his head/what’s with the Samurai schtick?) and hands down, Artisti provides much more valuable content and insight. He’s the one who should have been clutching his pearls meeting Jimmy. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work.

Always appreciate you’re feedback. Glad you enjoyed it and got something out of it. Lance was lovely and quiet the character 😊

I'm curious at to what wood you use for your espresso countertops and if they are real wood what are they sealed with.? Beautiful
@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters2 жыл бұрын
real wood, form bunnings, we seal ip the bad gaps with black timber putty and use a varnish on them with hardner in it. 2 Pac hardner is best if the budget works

Yes hard to fix that with so many varying lights. Sorry.
@tolikp2 жыл бұрын
try filming at 25fps rather than 30fps to reduce light flickering. Hard to watch a lot of the footage as the energy frequency is different in the lights than what you have set in camera.

Thanks for the tip. We didn’t take our videographer so Luke & I (the novices) we’re in charge of camera settings 😝 we did try to fix it but couldn’t find the right setting on the GoPro. Next time 😬
