Know this is old but it seems you're confused friend. The title refers to an upset, meaning when a lower ranked player beats a higher ranked player. These are usually exciting results for everyone except the higher ranked player.

Those are player rankings. Mango was the 3rd best Melee player, Mikehaze was 22nd best. So Mikehaze beating Mango is an "upset" (a player beating someone who is considered much better than them)

In this video they're representing the player ranks, so like #5 means that's they're status based on tournament results (at the time of the videos making ofc) :)

Zinnydin Actually, it’s the rankings at the time each tournament was played. Professor Pro was ranked in top 100 when this vid was released, but at the time of that set he was unranked.
