West Texas is very dry. Looking at the humidity in Lubbock right now and it’s 10%. Not much humidity at all. Gotta love the blowing dust. 🤣 It’s amazing though. You can’t drive 5 hours East to Dallas and it’s a different story. Definitely a lot more humidity there. And then you have places like Houston. Humidities terrible there. East Texas and the closer you get to the gulf. Enjoyed the video guys.

Ironic, as Marc describes his house being dropped a inch or two as they jack it, in SoCal (Redondo Beach) today, I leaped off the couch and found a solid door jam as we had an earthquake this afternoon.... Been several months since the last one. 👍

Okay guys. HVAC units does NOT remove moisture from the air. HVAC units are mostly used in climates where the outside temperature is lower than the inside temperature for most of the year. In such a climate the unit will lower the humidity inside due to the humidity being relative to the temperature. In other words, the units sucks in cold humid air and heat it witch lowers the humidity of the intake air, and eventually the hole house.

Hey Mark! I have always heard you talk about how high your nitrates are! Obviously you have successful reefs! Is there a secret? Mine at at 28 and 25 I do you gfo and stays around o.05. I am considering a fuge or carbon or algae scrubber. Do you think I should just let it go? I have no problems with my coarls but slow growth. I am getting some birdeyes in and I do want more sps though. I hope that he will see this but how high are your nitrates? Also I have red stuff and cyano never works so could that mean diatoms? its mostly on new acrylic frag tanks so I am thinking it must be diatoms but cant get coaraline to grow over them for some reason in this one tank! Same thing in other tank and its all gone! I lost all my new highend zoas from whatever it is! 3 k down the drain!

Is Reeftrace based on a subscription? Or once you purchase the app you’re good to go on its contents? Couldn’t find pricing info on reeftrace live on the website. Thanks in advance.

It has been a one-time purchase since the beginning. There has been talk about in-app purchases, but it never happened.

@@melevsreef great, thanks. Been using aquaPlanner for 7 years but there hasn’t been an update in over 2 years. I’ll be making the move to a new app soon.

Mark make sure you use ethanol free gas on that generator. Ethanol is a terror on small motors..... generators, lawnmowers, weed eaters etc.
