Thank you so much for this. It made such a difference on my back to do it this way. Ive gone to physical therapists who had me doing the extension exercise standing straight up with a band on my ankles to increase the load. My glutes were already weak and doing it this way caused more strain and pain. Now I can do it in a way that makes much more sense and feels better. 🙂

My right glute max is weak because did an injury. Is this exercise enough to build it back up or do I need to do more exercises ?
