​​@@dench2695He's not the only one ... there is many ... the Spyglass brand is damaged partly because of the controversy with Neve Campbell and now this with Melissa Barrera and their biggest star, Jenna Ortega also walked away. If Neve and Courteney were to pass on a Scream 7, Spyglass would have no choice but to try to cash in on a reboot which will likely fail or sell the rights. Spyglass doesn't have a single bankable IP as it is. They've had a few moderate hits but they can't handle losing Scream fans and they've definitely lost them, along with Jenna's young fans.
