I have the same scalp problem. I use straight castor oil, put on a shower cap and leave it on for a few hours or overnight. When you wash it out and then condition, your scalp (and hair) feels so good! Highly recommend.

Hi Melissa! In Canada, self employed individuals who earn more than $30,000 per year in revenue with their business should charge GST. As a long time viewer, I remember you saying in previous years you had an accountant that dealt with your taxes. Your accountant should know these tax rules. If CRA comes back at you with a penalty for not remitting GST, I would forward the notice to your accountant to see if they can offer any partial compensation. It’s their job to help you accurately file your business returns and inform of you any tax rules that you are not complying with. I highly recommend paying a professional instead of filing through H&R Block or similar companies.

Love your rambles lol 😝 Re: your ear I had the exact same situation ... just do this .... drip olive oil in your ear .. put cotton ball in so oil doesn’t drip out ... it will loosen the wax up . Then flush with warm water ... do a few times ... ( you can get the little flush contraption at any drug store ( Walmart ect) hope it helps

Get the wunder under luxtreme in high rise 28”. They won’t pill and are great for all types of exercise. Align pants are more meant for yoga and day to day wear. - a girl who works at lululemon 💗😊

I have a flaky REALLY ITCHY scalp too and found that oil treatments on the scalp make it worse! I swear by Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo, it is the only thing that helps. :)

I am a speech language pathologist and I would recommend getting your ear checked out. Using a Q tip can impact the ear wax into your ear causing a mild hearing loss and/or tear your eardrum which can also result in hearing loss since the ear drum cannot transfer the sound waves effectively. Either way, I would get it checked out because even if the ear drum is healing on its own, it can heal improperly and scar tissue can build up causing permanent hearing loss and ear problems. Hopefully this info helps! :)

get the wunder under Luxtreme they don't pill at all and animal hair doesn't stick to them! Aligns pill like crazy I would not recommend getting them I've had to send numerous pairs back. Also, go on online chat with Lululemon, tell them they're pilling, send them picture of it and they will send you a shipping label and you send them to them and they give you store credit!

Darn I wanted to see what you bought at lululemon lol I just went back to the gym after a big break and had to do some damage at lululemon to get me back in the mood. I love their nulux material because it’s shiny and sweat proof and also no thigh gap over here so I like how the material doesn’t rub and bunch up like you mentioned with the winder under leggings. I love the align leggings tho I got the mauve color as well and I wear it just t hang out :)

I 100% recommend you to try Philip Kingsley products! Specifically the "Flaky Itchy Scalp Shampoo" and "Scalp Tonic" and "Flaky Itchy Scalp Mask". I was suffering from itchy scalp & dandruff and hair loss (i'm bleaching my hair blonde for 7+ years) and thats the hair line that helped me and also my hair stopped shedding since i started using it. Go to the doctor for your ear. I did that once a few years ago. They will flush it out (totally gross but also totally satisfying)! It won't necessarily get better on it's own! You may have impacted the wax which is what I did. Trust me...you'll feel so much better!

GO TO THE DOCTOR! If the ear drum has a perforation there is a chance for cholesteatoma to grow, they will be able to look and see if you need intervention or just steroid drops and to watch it!

Omg try Monat!!! I have psoriasis on my scalp and have used all those tar shampoos that have toxic chemicals in it because it was all that helped. 2 weeks into using Monat and my psoriasis is almost completely controlled.
