Yep, as @RahulMSfarlight said, the spirit is in Valley of Triumph. When you walk through the portal turn right. That gate will lead you to Village of Dreams. Slide all the way down and walk across the frozen lake. That path inbetween the buildings will lead you to the Village Theater, which where this spirit is.
