Not to knock them at all but if a CP'er saw this(and they had never done MP), they'd say " Oh it's pretty, well done".... But only a MP'er knows just how insanely rare it is to get those type of swirls with MP. It just doesn't happen, our soap is too fluid (aka thin ) to do the designs a CP soap does. This ..............this is beyond amazing.

@@DeanWilson Thank YOU for all the videos you've given us over the years. There isn't an MP'er that hasn't learned tons from you, and you are always the one we recommend to any new MP'er that has questions on how to do things. There's a reason for that !

I agree with this comment. I haven't done CP yet and swirling is challenging with MP. This is awesome
@faeriewhispers21714 жыл бұрын
As someone who has done both MP & CP but hasn’t ventured into HP territory yet, I will say I find this amazing. While they are all soap, to me it’s kind of like paints. You have watercolor, acrylic & oil. They all can produce beautiful end results but one is not better than the other. They each have their merits but anyone with time, patience & imagination can make something spectacular that can not be achieved through the other ways. 😊 (edited to say that I do understand what you are saying as I have had people tell me I don’t make “real soap” when I do play with MP even though I’ve been doing both since 1998 & I consider it “playing” as both are my stress relief & enjoyment as I don’t sell, just live amongst tons of soap) 🦋2nd edit: I completely missed the & they’ve never done MP. My apologies. I guess I’ve just gotten used to defending my position from both sides for so long my brain just skipped that part. 🦋

These are beautiful. My 12 year old daughter said to post her idea for colors you could use. She thinks you could get some awesome looking soap with those types of patterns if you used neon colors and did them in rainbow colors (she said possibly add a little glitter into some of them for some extra sparkle).
@DeanWilson4 жыл бұрын
Sounds good. When adding glitter to neon, you will not see it. It will really only show up when using clear liquid dye which are not neon. But love the rainbow color idea. Thanks :)

Hot pink, darker almost maroon pink and teal/turquoise. Also. When I saw you pour this it made me wonder where the rest of it was? Maybe make that a bottom layer and make a solid color on top?
