Regular running is great training for this too. All about breathing deeply and regularly, and calmly pushing through while your lungs, heart and muscles scream at you.

3:21 thank god I have trained myself to not react to external things happening while I'm focused on my task at hand. I did feel in the last month that my external franticness was starting to come back. I went from not reacting at all keeping stoic to kind of jumping a little and reacting to it and then I would kick myself later on thinking come on Shane get it together you know. So I needed this video just too embed that again into my subconscious. Thanks Elliot.

If you feel nervous, try praying for the peace of God. I have actually tried this when I felt anxious. It worked.

Diaphragmatic breathing. Skill that I learned through resiliency training. Definitely beneficial.

Im truly amazed about your transformation. I watched you back in the day and when you talked about bio energetics or yoga i was like yeah yeah. Doesnt sound right to me as a christian. Looks life you looked everywhere in the world and found true Love. our Father's love.

This reminds me of the teachings in “the way of the superior man” a book you recommended years ago. I recommend reading the author’s (David deida) other books it’s life changing.

I have the same book by Vlad. Breath is all-powerful. Be it Wims method, Systema, or Pranayama. It is all good for different situations.

You said you don't do yoga anymore because of "demons and stuff". I've heard of this before but have you actually had any demonic encounters after doing yoga or are you just being extra careful? Yoga always makes me feel good

@@nathanayala2066 I think it's because of the vulnerable positions and shutting down your mind and stuff since those positions are similar to what satanists do get possessed. He said plenty of times that he subscribes to the Catholic Faith but I don't understand it's the mainstream one or not. Angels can't do evil but the Demons do.
