GIRL, I ordered the 3 quads and highlighter bundle, waited 2 weeks, and only thing that was in my box was the Highlighter 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ SOOO FRUSTRATING, I never got a shipment confirmation. It just showed up. It's not acceptable anymore, it's going to hurt Pat's brand, and she has worked so hard to build such an amazing brand. Wow. It sounds like whoever is running the fulfillment center and/or doing quality control for fulfillment needs to be replaced immediately. Particularly when people are paying so much money due to her product costs, it's infuriating to spend hundreds of dollars and get one item of a multi-item order, and no indication that they know you ordered other things.

I did notice that the highlight has an icy effect that I wouldn’t have expected for such a pink highlight. I might mix it with a warmer one to try to even it out a bit. That being said, I love it. That packaging is EVERYTHING. I wish Pat McGrath had put as much effort into the packaging of other items from this release. It’s stunning.

I purchased the Interstellar Icon quad because it was the most unique based on what I have in my collection from Pat, and I’m so glad I did! The eye look you created with it is stunning! I also picked up a couple of Eyedols at half off. I’m actually thrilled that the highlighter has a pinkish tone to it. I thought it looked like it did in the photos, but you never know until you see it on someone first.

I live in Western Wisconsin and I just have to say that I have never had a problem with any order or shipping when ordering off the Pat McGRATH site. I recently ordered two Luxe eyeshadow quads from the Holiday Collection and they both arrived within a week. Also, tracking messages were sent in a timely manner. Good experiences in the past few years as well so I don’t understand why so many people are having problems. I love the quads as well although there seem to be a lot of nit picky reviews. Not from you though Mel. Thanks for a great review as always!

Next day they shipped it, so I guess someone must have forgotten. What's more....a day later another one was shipped so now I have two 😳 Total mess. Hugs from Poland!

I had a horrible experience with her shipping & im just about done ! I never got a shipping confirmation or tracking & when my package just appeared I was missing the 3rd quad and the highlighter ,,, also no shipping slip inside the package either ,,, I ordered the 3 quad bundle & the highlighter & one lipstick ,,, I also got a generic email response ,,, after 2 emails I got a second package with the quad & highlighter ,,, again no shipping email or tracking,,,, the next day I get ANOTHER package ,,, I got another of the quad I was missing ! I’m not sending it back ! I’m keeping it as a gift after all the aggravation .... they are a mess ! I have a friend who received two mega palettes she never ordered ! I hesitated after learning it was a new formulation, all new except the mattes apparently. I’ve been digging since she started leaking the quads & for the price it’s too risky for me, especially paying in CAD. I’m sorry you guys were disappointed, that’s a bummer! I'm curious Mel, in real time, how long does it take for you to blend out the first color you use. I love the blending of the first color of all of your looks, I usually don't have the patience to do it as well as you. I need to know, how patient should I really be???? lol

I know Im not Mel BUT in my opinion a good base ( primer ) and setting the lid but MAINLY the brush or brushes she uses, we are only as good as the tools we use to assist us.....I dipped my toes lightly at first telling myself its just a brush, they all work the same NOPE 110% fully NOW will stand by the tools ( brushes ) one uses...Its why I pay so much attention to what brush she is using while creating the look** My blending game has changed 360° now that I gave in and paid for good brushes, and use the correct ones....Its all about proper blending...I personally tend to spend more time blending and correcting my base more than my eyes, and having good tools has saved a heck of alot of time *)

The PMG highlighter is definitely more pink. I have also had bad experiences with PMG shipping. My first order divine rose palette took 6 weeks to arrive and my second took 5 weeks. By the time they got to me, I lost interest and almost forgot what I picked up lol. I love the look of fleur fantasia quad but won’t bother picking it up. A shame it’s not available at Sephora. I have to say that Pat McGrath company must be restructured, they need to do some very hard decisions on who is leading which areas or with which providers for external services (such warehouse) they are working with, I feel bad that such a talented artist as Pat McGrath is getting this type of feedback because the lack of organization and logistics on the main house. Let’s hope she takes some executive decisions soon for her best interest. Love your reviews as always Mel and I know how draining was to film this video, I felt the same way. I loved all your looks. I also agree PML does have to sort their order processing and shipping out or orders, it is atrocious. The last order I made was for the bundle of all 2 quads and the large palette so I'm hopeful everything is in the box when it arrived to me. The processing wasn't too bad with that order and they shipped it express to NZ so that was a welcome surprise after they had to cancel my first order for the large palette a few weeks after the order was made. On the plus side, the bundle deal saved me some good amount of $ so I'm not mad at that.

OMG the same exact thing happened with my shipment of this collection! Besides the holiday palettes I ordered a couple lipsticks that were on her sale section and a lip liner. I received those items but not the Christmas collection. When I checked my account the holiday items were showing as if delivered on that same shipment so I freaked, took pics of the items I received including the small box I got them in and label inside the box showing they were not included which where the bulk of my order and $$$. I finally got thru to them after several emails and they finally placed a reorder of the items for me so now I wait.... let’s hope the palettes arrive this time.

I believe the delay is due to the post office kerfuffle with voting envelopes as priority right now. I've had several vendors deliver things way late. Also, supply chains have been broken due to huge demand on common sense items. This means that simple soft scrub is $15 for 2 bottles and is on backorder everywhere. Make sure you have any Rx's you may fill. I've been getting mine through CAN. It's likely to continue through Spring. Love, love love your videos and all your looks. Best MUA!

Hi Mel, Thanks so much for your review and demos! :-) Could you tell me which brush is that you used to apply the shadow as liner in the first demo? It seems perfectly sized and had the perfect stiffness/softness for the job! I hope it isn't pokey. lol. I have small eyes (I think) and I'm still building my collection of brushes that work for me. Also, if people are keeping track and are curious, I actually had a great experience with my Celestial MEGA palette delivery. Ironically, it was actually faster than all of my previous orders. Other than a smashed/melted lipstick (which was promptly replaced by customer service - still arrived smashed/melted again though), I've actually never had any problems with my orders other than they somehow take WAY TOO long to get shipped out out me. It feels as if i get put to the bottom of the list just because :-D

I’ve ordered Celestal Divinity a month ago and still didnt got it! But in the meantime I got my quads which were realesed later. I’ve contacted them on IG and via e-mail and when I threatened them to claim my money by PayPal they give my 15% back and provided me with some tracking link. Instead of DHL (as they usually ship) it will be shipped by DPD and will see how long it will take to get to me... they have major issue this year literally

So strange! I’m paler( like A shade)- and the PMG is lighter on me than the CT or ND- so you’re right!! Because ( I have to check I think it reminds me a bit of Forever Young in the ABH Nicole collab- a light roast taupe) anyway my very cool toned skin just absorbs the pink.. whereas a lighter gold just stands OUT( in a bad way) I wanted it to be Natasha- I usually love her highlighters best but there’s also usually an icier, pinkies color

I am sooo mad!!! I barely got one of my 3 orders today which included decadence, the celestial divinity palette, and the new highlighter and I only the decadence. Are they serious? It’s almost been 3 whole weeks since my order was placed. And the invoice in the box only has decadence on it. As if that’s the only thing I ordered. Hi dear Mel, loved the video, you are the eyeshadow queen, loved the most the look on both eyes, that quad, something with interstaller? But ignore new PMG stuff, as she ignores me again. No irritation anymore for me about the "'kindly refrain from...."" because i also unsubscribed about 2 weeks ago, need a very long break, gorgeous eyeshadow from nr. 1 this year: YOURS together with SG😍😍😍😍, further ND of course. And CT, Wayne Goss, Surratt, Tom Ford (when i can get it). And Dior is also doing better and better! My nr. 2 eyeshadow of this year, totally different: the 3 elephants😍😍😍 from Chantecaille when i am tired or want to do it easy, for you it won't be challenging enough, but for me it's just a beautiful wash of colour and that can also be enough than, and crazy for the elephant!!!! I am gonna force myself to pick up my PMG palettes again (have all motherships and almost all smaller palettes, so crazy much🙃). Waist of money? Yes and no. Beautiful products, but she really does not deserve anymore so much attention in my humble opinion with such an ignoring which is arrogant attitude to her customers. But more important than eyeshadow: vote Trump out of that White House!!!! Gonna sleep, crazy late here in The Netherlands, sending you lots of love!!!!🖐😘😘
