Absolutely, she came out that pan beautifully. I will start greasing & flouring. I normally only grease it only but lately, my cakes have been sticking & messing up. This look delicious! Thanks for the easy tutorial on how to make caramel icing. Its a very simple process! Im gonna make the icing for my Christmas cake aka Happy Birthday Jesus Cake!

It could be your pan needs replacing. Sometimes the coating of the pan gets worn down.
