Im a UA 488 member, Edmonton Alberta and I mean no disrespect to my American counterparts. The cancelation of the Keystone XL pipeline is a good thing, in theory, for Canadians. Why shouldnt the oil be refined here in Canada. Build a new refinery or 2. Create thousands of construction jobs for Canadians who need it. It would also produce long term jobs for hundreds, if not thousands here. Even short term jobs will be created by the thousands in turnarounds and maintenence. All of the revenue could go back into Canadas pocket.
