I have made this for over 30 years. I put mine in the blender. I even throw in an extra egg or two. This is great. I put mine in a 10" greased pie plate. You'll love this coconut custard pie.

I was Reading a cookbook this weekend and I am not that I was either going to make a coconut pie or a lemon chess pie. The lemon won out on Sunday but it will be coconut this coming Sunday. I am always glad when I find your video on a Monday or Tuesday. Not only are they so enjoyable because you’re enjoyable but you’re a great example for any of us that are heading into the later years I will be 70 in a month. The best peaches I ever had were from s.c. As well as my grandmothers homemade peach ice cream mmm. We are climbing out of the deep freeze. I think the temp made it to a whopping 20° . My step dad would stir things with a spoon or fork. Me? A whisk, big icing/serving spoon or nowadays a silicone spoon=no noise, and it moves more food in the dish im mixing it in.I enjoyed your story about your friend having lots of utensils, that’s me.
