I'm going to make that pie this summer. I usually do a key lime pie with a ginger snap crust. We have tomatoes with tuna salad, too. Or just a tomato sandwich, with the amazing homegrown tomatoes you get in the summer.

What a lip-smacking, luscious pie!!!! I will most definitely make this for my fiance! It is such a perfect dessert for the summer! I may throw a few sliced strawberries on each slice, just for a little color! And the stuffed tomatoes is a dish I have never even thought about making before....but you can bet I will be making it now! You are such a sweet and darling cook, MeMe....truly an inspiration! Hi glitter, make a simple syrup and flavor with lemon juice for your lemonade. It should be a bit thick. Combine the lemonade syrup and the sweetened condensed milk. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream. I will add about 1/4 cup of confectioners sugar to thicken and stabilize it. Gradually and gently fold the two mixtures together. Add into crust, and Refrigerate at least an hour. Regular whipped cream will not last long, so eat or freeze soon. You can do with frozen orange concentrate or limeade as well. You could also experiment by adding berries or drained crushed pineapple, but they release water, so be careful or you'll get soup.

My ex used to say "If I had some bacon, I'd cook some bacon and eggs, if I had some eggs", and that's exactly how I feel about this. I can get condensed milk, but in the UK, we can't get cool whip or that canned lemonade, or those deep dish pastry cases....

I tried this and it was a no for me. However - it is a yes if you omit the lemonade and replace it with 1/2 cup lemon juice. Then it has enough tang with the sweet of the condensed milk and is 😘
