If I am not mistaken, that is a blending fork that I have seen used in making biscuits and other breads. Of course it has other uses I’m sure. Don't know if you'll see this or not, but that fork is a blending fork. Its purpose is to cut in shortening into flour for dough products. Of course, you can use however you want to use it, but it does a terrific job of cutting in the shortening. Love your videos. I've gone back and am watching every one of them.
