Vel'Koz is a character in League of Legends. He is a voidborn, as name suggests, a monster from the void, but one of the most inteligent ones if not the most inteligent one. He is a tentacle monster with three smaller eyes and one giant, central one. His body is entierly made of corpus, eyes and three tentacles. The meme reffers to him being w tentacle monster and a lot of h-art being made about him because of it, however be does not have much regular art which is kind of a shame. He uses his tentacles and eyes to shoot lasers in order to dismember and analize everything for the void before it consumes it. This gives idea for some interesting artwork, but nobody does them. Also as a void creature be not mistaken by the fact he is inteligent. He is evil as hell and his voicelines in game implies he analysed human screams when killing them. He did not know anything about non-void reality, but for "some reason" he can tell what people feel by the tone of their cry. He is curious, but murderous and destructive, as things are disintegrated as a result of his analisis.
