In this video, I want to explore a topic that is both uncomfortable and crucial for anyone who wants to live a life of meaning and purpose: mortality. The awareness of our own mortality can be a powerful motivator, a reminder that our time on this earth is limited and that we must use it wisely.
But how do we confront mortality without being overwhelmed by fear and despair? How do we turn this awareness into a source of inspiration and sublime? That's what I want to discuss today, drawing from my own experiences and insights as a writer and student of human nature.
Robert Greene is the author of the New York Times bestsellers The 48 Laws of Power, The Art of Seduction, The 33 Strategies of War, The 50th Law, Mastery, The Laws of Human Nature, and most recently, The Daily Laws.

About that same time, my husband suffered a major brain aneurysm. The best prognosis they had was maybe he'll be a vegetable. Today he is approximately 95% recovered. He's doing great. The one thing that event did do was,. It taught us that there's no such thing as a guarantee that every morning he manages to wake up is a gift. With the world the way it is, we do struggle to simply appreciate life. That because things are not the way you would like them to be somehow negates the fact that it's still a miracle. I am grateful. I am honored that I got to come be here, to live here for a time.

Dr.Joe Despenza teaches healing. It is based on scientific evidence and much more which will come out in the years to come . Dr. Joe speaks from first hand experience. Neville Goddard teachings does as well which in my finding supports Dr. Joe Despenza. Go listen and test it all . Don't judge it test it ! In time you will witness its truth as sure as you are reading this comment! When people discount it they only do it to themselves and there world 🌎. You will gain much more then you can imagine 🎉

We appreciate you speaking on this, Mr. Greene. I know I've experienced more than the average bear when it comes to loved ones passing away, and in my presence. Both my husband and later a fiance both passed away in my arms, in my home. I miscarried my only baby while at home. I've had so many pets and animals pass away, I've lost count. A lot of these loved ones are buried on my land, as I live on acreage in the country. Death is nothing to fear! If anything, the awareness should increase one's love and awe of LIFE. When people share their condolences for me, I never play the victim card. I am so rich to have loved and been loved. And at my age (now 41) I have a musher deeper gratitude for my every single breath and new day to explore and enjoy! Blessings from Austin 🔥

In one of the samurai films, The Lone Wolf and Cub, the protagonist answers the question of what it is to be a samurai. He says, “The way of the true samurai, is the ability to live through death.” Samurai’s are warriors that has to accept death will come any moment and that you must live your life honorably knowing the end is upon you.

Hi Master Robert, How are you? I hope everything is fine. In this video, I learned that we should appreciate one another and not be shy to show it, as tomorrow is not promised. I am so teary-eyed after watching this, and it made me reflect on what I am doing in my life, like how I am so busy achieving things while the important people in my life are growing old and I barely communicate with them😢. The term "Sense of urgency" have an impact on me. Thank you for your videos, full of good information that we don't get in University's or Schools. You are like , The Best School Professor we didn't have.

I picked up a copy of 48 Laws immediately afterward and became engrossed and enamored by your tales and even here in your videos listening to your wisdom. I just want to say that you truly are one of the brilliant minds of our time just like the greats (and not so great) you mention in your book. Much love and respect to you, friend!

wow, ive felt fragments of this at times, when I wanted to do something but was fearful. Now it dawned on me, what happened in my subconscious, it was that knowledge, that I may never meet this person again, this moment will never occur again, why don't I talk to this person when I know I want to.

Thank you for sharing this thought-provoking video on the art of life and death! As a life coach, I often encourage my clients to reflect on the meaning and purpose of their lives to create a more fulfilling and meaningful existence. By focusing on our values and priorities and taking consistent action towards our goals, we can create a life that aligns with our deepest desires and brings us joy and fulfillment. I would also suggest incorporating practices such as mindfulness, gratitude, and self-reflection into daily routines to promote overall well-being and balance. By embracing the art of life and death, we can live each day to the fullest and create a legacy that we are proud of. Keep up the great work, and thank you for sharing these valuable insights! *I'm really happy to see that someone have same passion like me because I'm also making this type of videos to make your life productive and meaningful*

A few weeks ago I started waking up in the middle of the night from panic attack, the thought abt where do we go during our sleep or after we die keep me up all night. At first i thought it was just irrational fear but soon I realized its real that im not going to be here forever and so are my kids.. the thought abt death still gives me anxiety. Im still unsure why these thought came to me out of the blue, maybe its some sort of spiritual awakening. I talked to my aunt abt it and she said maybe we reunite with our love ones on the other side after this life, that gave me some comfort and smth to hold on to.
