@@tonirichard2502 It doesn't have a licence plate which is very illegal everywhere. Unmarked usually refers to police cars with no markings but its also used as a quick term for vehicles with no licence plates.

But that's the front of the car. Most countries the ID plate is in BACK of the car and you don't need one in front, it's empty or you can put a "vanity plate" which is a joke plate just to show off to other people. Only certain places have their ID license plate in the front of the car, we don't know where this is and we don't see if there's a plate in the back. Also you only need the plate on if you're using the car. If you stopped registering your vehicle in the system, none of the plates or tags matter since it's not road legal until you update its registration which you have to do every year. If you have a car you don't use that you're just letting rot in your yard, legally it doesn't need any identifiers on it. Only when in use. Also there probably is a plate there, but it's been blurred out or covered up. You really can't tell from just this clip in this quality.
