What is Memorandum?
A Memorandum (Memo) is used to communicate something of immediate importance to
people within a business or organization.
It must be short and to the point.
There are three key Differences between a Memo and a Formal Letter.
The format of the Memo and the six key things that it must have are:

Exercise:
You are Aashita Shah, Principal of the School. The elevators of the School need to be repaired.
Write a Memorandum to inform all the teachers to use stairs explaining the reasons.
