Surprisingly, I remembered seven of them. Mask and barrel were the only words out of order. The words I did remember, I visualized as actual items in my mind. This surprised me because I usually struggle with remembering things but in this exercise I wanted to try visualizing it too and it worked. I'll need to remember to use this technique more often. 😅

​​@@chloebelle4923 I think it might have to do with the time of day or when you are the most alert. I did this memory test in the morning. But I also did a visual focus meditating exercise last night to improve my attention span but I don't know if it's supposed to work right away. 😂

You are the only person that I really need to watch a big number of your videos these days. And I wish if there is a way to contact you . I'm feeling my brain has been under stress for a long time now, and even if I have a healthy life style but I'm losing control and focus big time . I will do my best to follow up with your videos and try to help myself to get back like i used to be.

I remembered 8 out of ten the first 6 in order, then messed up the next 2 and couldn't remember 2 of them. Thanks, Jim, for the lesson ❤

I kept making a picture in my mind as Jim said the words. By the end I had a crazy picture with Sr. Lancelot smiling with big bright teeth next to the fire hydrant with a balloon tied on, he was holding the board with a diamond in the center …lol, you get the pic 😁

I most likely have ADHD(can't focus). I'm impressed I was able to remember 8 in order and knew the spots of the 2 words I didn't remember (barrel and toothpaste).

Excellent practice! I got three. Not in order but I’ve been out of practice but it is definitely fun getting back into these games. I use to do your program 5 years ago after my emergency brain surgery/stroke incident. I got into this therapy and was amazed by how well I did. I’m SO excited to get into it. Thank you for this! Also, my memory wasn’t graded too bad during these sessions. But as I said excited to get back into it!🙏🏼❤️

I got 10. I imagined a balloon attached to a fire hydrant with batteries inside the balloon. Then, a barrel appeared around balloon. Then, a board appeared on top of the barrel with a diamond on it. Sir Lancelot jumped on top of board & picked up the diamond. Sir Lancelot had a N-95 mask on his face which he moved aside to brush his teeth. When he finished brushing his teeth, he opened his mouth & has a small stop sign hanging from his uvula.

Oh, I remembered eight of the words, however, I did not remember the order. I associate it a visual picture of every word. That’s how I was able to recall the 8 out of 10 words. I’m proud of what I remembered!

I quickly repeated every words in order every time I receive a new word. By the end I can quickly loop all ten words in my head. If that makes sense.

What I visualized was a fire hydrant with a ballon tied to it. Inside the balloon was a battery. Beside the fire hydrant was a barrel with a board leaning up against it. Embedded in the board was a diamond that caught the eye of sir Lancelot that was wearing a mask while brushing his teeth with toothpaste and holding a sign. Had to pause the video between each word to build the story. 😅

Sir Lancelot has a sign to remind himself to use toothpaste, and he has to remove his mask to use it before he gives a diamond to Guinevere. He stored the diamond in a barrel, covered by a board. The barrel is next to a fire hydrant with a balloon tied to it. The fire hydrant, bizarrely, is run by batteries. It seems a little silly.
