Wow this song is fire on so many levels. I love all the transitions and vocal and instrumental melodies that weave together. The lyrics are hitting me hard too cuz i thought i was alone feeling this daily struggle of life is nearly too intense to bear, keep fighting Matty you are a legend. First 2 EPs and first 2 LPs had MMF sitting as one of my favorite bands of all time. Ever since challenger they’ve been crawling towards generic cookie cutter formula snore fest cash grab sound. Lyrics are still good and Matty is an awesome guy but man this is the apex of formulaic fit in the genre nonsense. Very well done and very polished but the sound has no character to it. Great irony. 😮This new song sounds like you could copy paste other singers and it would be 15 other bands. We didn’t know what we had from 2004-2012. A time where plug ins and pre set standards didn’t suck the life out of every single track these bands dropped :(
