Some with more intensity. If I could offer any help to anyone out there that has felt fear, loneliness, anger, confusion and on....I would say except what a gift it is to just be. Anyone with this disorder should try meditating. I had this “disorder” as well…
@oofydoom2 жыл бұрын
@@Jaysky569 What? You don't just meditate and it all goes away. I would encourage anyone to pray to God about it if it really comes down to spiritual means, but just as a whole. Admittedly-I know I don't know everything about this disorder specifically, but fundamentally-it's a horribly destructive psychological disorder like any other that usually results from brutal childhood trauma of some sort. So surely to try for any reliable, _psychological_ help you can get can actually treat this a ton (and not that its a cure-all either, but regardless its much better and more reasonable). It's also just great to know whether you actually have it or not. Because it doesn't seem like you're very certain, or that you actually had it in the first place if you're speaking in past tense and that meditation was supposedly the cure-all for you. (At least, that's the way you paint it. However if that's not the case, I'm sorry). Regardless in whatever it is that you do have, I still think you need help of some sort, as I think admittedly-we all do from one extent or another. May God guide you and help you!
@Jaysky5692 жыл бұрын
@@oofydoom No, I discovered that it is actually not a curse like I thought it was my whole life. It’s something that I can develop. Nobody believes me that’s why I just said to meditate. It’s actually a special skill that everybody can develop. If people would prefer to look at it as a curse they can. Not everybody wants to have this gift… but not everybody knows it is one. I can turn it off and on whenever I want now but it helps me to see the energy in the world and I can read people a lot better when I tap into this visualization for some reason. Eventually I start to see little dots and auras. Always afraid to tell people because I don’t want to end up in the looney bin LOL

Can you talk about how you got out of it, how you healed?
@callumjohnson14836 ай бұрын
@@ItsDavidWright sure, i doesn't bother me to talk about it. To be honest i do still struggle with it a bit at times but its so much better than it used to be. Going to therapy helped a little but mostly connecting to me senses again and putting a lot of thought into them helped the most, like sinking my hand into mud, sand, or dirt and trying my best to be in that moment and think about how it felt. Strong smells such as coffee, cologne, soaps, perfumes, hell even laundry detergents helped. Oh and feeling textures on cloths and materials, listening to music as well. What really helped was nature and being in it, not just walking through it but truly absorbing it. Listening to the different kinds of birds, feeling grass or plants, letting my toes squish in the mud as well. It may all sound a little weird or gross to some people but connecting to my body and my senses did so much to reasoscieat with myself and my emotions. Also if have someone you trust have them just lightly trace all over your body with their fingers and connecting to that, doing semi repetitive behavior as well. A table spoon of salt in the mouth or holding ice until it hurts is a good way to instantly snap back to reality in cases of panic/anxiety attacks Sometimes it still feels like their is a wall between me and myself especially if i have flash backs but its a lot easier to get back to myself than it used to be

I've been hearing all of your discography guys since 2013, I am so happy with your new music, Matty always doing great lyrics. I've been going through very hard times for me, times of change for myself, looking for the real me, with who I would feel happy to be identified, and your music has been the best therapy for me, I am waiting excited for your arrive to Chile someday, surely I'll be there, thank you so much for exist. 💖

I was super stoked about this album. Hate to bother with Spammy shit, but if you have a few and are open to new music, we are a band inspired by MMF and think if you like them you might like some of our tunes. Our latest track is called 'Flaws of Nature'. If you're open to it check it out! If not totally cool too, just glad to see ppl still jamming heavy music!
