That breakdown after the first chorus was sooooo satisfying.

I've gotten so accustomed to over-the-top but still funny reaction youtubers (nik nocturnal, bogdanhxc, etc.) that I forgot how much more relatable and fun it is to watch & listen to someone whose reactions are so similar to my own. Especially with the way you like to anticipate certain parts of songs. Cheers Steve!

I’m so pleased to hear you’ve been enjoying this the way I do. These are the kinds of watching experiences I enjoy consuming myself so that’s what I focus on creating too. Thanks for the message!

New to watching your reactions, but I very much enjoy them! I would be super interested for you to react to Dance Gavin Dance new songs, Speed Demon / Straight from the Heart!

Thanks Stephen! It has been many, many years since I listened to DGD. So perhaps! Can’t say it’d be high on my list though 😅

@@SteveOGRockStraight from the Heart is a sick track 🙏 Andrew Wells is on vocals and such a different track from them! Would love to see it on the list

Thanks for the suggestion! I wouldn't have given a new DGD single a second glance normally, but I have to say, this is the first song I've heard from them I liked. His scream usually irritates me, but not here.

I honestly didn't understand all the people calling this song genaric or just ok, I really like it and it's right up there just behind Blood and Water, Bleed Me Dry and The American Dream as one of my new favourite MMF songs. The chorus especially I think is one of their best that I've heard, Chaotic was good but this one was much better in my opinion. Also probably the fact that some people were complaining about them going softer in their music before they came out with Remade in Misery, so as far as I'm concerned them continuing with the heavy sound is the best direction they could go in.

I think you're using the wrong word when you're saying Memphis may fire is not innovative none of their songs are the same you can listen to a whole album and get a different feel for each songs which is very unique for a band

I think what he means is that they don't really push the boundaries of the genre, like they don't bring anything new to the scene, but that doesn't mean they don't absolutely kill what they do, they are very comfortable within the genre and do it extremely well.
