That can definitely be the case, but it's still good when a woman realizes it and tries to warn others before they make the same mistake. It's just likely to be a slow process, where the first generation to make the mistake realizes their mistake, tries to tell the next generation, and then is otherwise powerless to change anything. The ones in the succeeding generations who take the advice and find it to be good can then be examples who contrast with those who didn't take the advice and made the mistake. Eventually enough examples might make some future generation mostly think twice and not make the mistake. Humans are best led by example, so this is probably the only way it's going to change. It's just sad that it's probably going to cost half a dozen generations' worth of regretful women's lives.

Salute ✌. When I made that comment I meant for it to feel offensive in the most honest way. Part of the reason why I think many men would be offended by it comes from imbalanced hormones over a long period of time. I don't think people really understand how important balanced hormones are with all functions of your body. And yes, that does include how you think. Check out the book "Change your diet change your mind". Of course this means I'm making the argument that correction of your diet fixes hormone imbalance, which from my experience is definitely true.

Don't be too hard on yourself for not knowing then what you know now. Growing up in the 60's & 70's, most of us kids lived in single income families. The two income family is basically an experiment that we're finding has gone very wrong. Never before in history have the vast majority of women entered the work force and stayed there. Now we're seeing the ugly results. Hard economic times are coming, and I expect people will be snapped back to reality about what is truly valuable, including men with trade skills and women with skills in the home.

Do a reaction to Sleepless in Seattle with Tom Hanks. In an act of desperation and psychopathy, Meg Ryan's character abuses her work position to find Tom Hanks address, after hearing him on the radio. She stalks him, romantically of course, to where he lives. Etc etc. She also leaves her fiancee, who bizarrely agrees with her that he's not good enough and she deserves better, unwittingly dodging a bullet. But she's a woman, so it's cute. You know what I'm going to say...imagine if a guy...etc. They should've called the movie Stalking in Seattle, because thats a more accurate title for this romantic horrorshow.

"I don't remember it beeing a choice" - you can say that again! ..and again! ..and again! And it's been a sad realisation for me, in 2023. Our parents generation (and I'm almost 40) may have ment well, but they ended up screwing our generation over, hard. I went to a nice university for a degree, that wasn't entirly pointless, but ended up still somewhat useles, for the work I'm doing now. I married young (and completely unprepaired) into a family you'd normaly don't want to sit in the same restaurant with. And I did it, because I KNEW, I was expected to. And no one: not parent's, not friends, not family (and I have a lot of family) said a word, or even asked if I was sure about any of that. But when it all went south, gues who's to blaime. Turns out they always knew, that girl was bad news ( even though, every time I had enough and broke it off with her, my parent's pushed me back in), but it was me who's a knowitall and never asked for their opinion ( yes I did and they answered: "what does it matter, as long as you love eachother") but it was me who expected them to foot the bill for it all (which is something they decided on their own, without even asking me.) Now that I think about it it's really a regular thing throughout my young-adult years, where important dicisions where made at a family-council, in which I had barely any chance to get a word in. I still believe they ment well, but I'm also prepairing a big speach for my daughters 14th birthday, because if you think we got it bad, you havn't seen the upcoming generation. They genuinely believe all the rainbow nonsence, meaning that the 'welcome to reality moment' will be way worce for them. Sorry for the rant. Didn't mean to spill it all, but it's typed out now so hey, "send".

I have certain memories where I can remember even the taste in my mouth . It was in an abnormal psychology class, and the professor used a trivial assignment for logging attendance. One day he said to have men tell women something, and the women tell men something. The information I received is easy to come by now, but that was quite a sample in those days. What I heard was eye opening. The men were somewhat reasonable, appeals and some kind of compromise , or some kind of observation that may have a better outcome with some other approach. The women were almost universally insulting. This was in 1992 and it was the canary in the coal mine for me. I took measures and acted accordingly.

Well, there was the pushback on the barriers middle class men put on women entering the professions, but the working class women have always worked. See Mueller v Oregon (1908), a land mark labor case on whether the hours worked by women could be regulated by the government. They weren't looking at women lawyers, they were looking at washerwomen. Women were essentially seen as "wards of the state". Only rather than women gaining control over their labor hours, men have been reduced to "wards of the state" by subsequent labor laws governing hours of work, minimum wages, etc. As my aunt, born in 1928, once said, "I had all the equality I could handle, I went to work every day just like my husband.". Women did marry more and leave the workforce during the Great Depression when men would share a job so both families could have an income to live meagerly on. Feminism is a middle class women issue and the restrictions were mostly imposed by older middle class women through "scandal" if a man couldn't support his female family members. Look at the work of the 2023 Nobel Prize laureate in Economics. Her work shows women's labor participation, declining from the agricultural economy, through the industrial period, bottoming out around 1910 then increasing in the service economy. Similarly, Pew Research issued a report showing the percentage of 40--yr-olds who had never married. This was 16% in 1910, then declined bottoming out in 1980, for those born in 1940 at 6%. The never married by age 40 then rose crossing 16% in 2000s near the end of the Boomers and was 25% in 2022, those born in 1982. And likely more and more have never married by the time they turn 40. And if never married at age 40, there was only a 25% chance of marriage by age 60.

My grandfather predicted this decades ago. He was a no nonsense masculine man. They tricked us all. Do you know that in the 50'ies men were taught to be a provider and protector for their wife's and their children, while women were taught to be housewives and mother's in the education system too, not only by their parents. I still have some old textbooks that were used in the classrooms. 1 for men and 1 for women. These original textbooks are in Dutch (Flemish). Seperate schools for boys and girls. If you would use some stuff of it on social media, you would even get banned on X for sure. However, I red them completely. 1st it was kinda weird, but it makes totally sense. Again everything was centered around the nuclear family and both men and women were expected to fulfill their rôles. Oh, no divorces, that was unheard-of. Especially in the Catholic Flanders era at the time. Families went to Church every Sunday. No way back. Definitely interesting to read not to post.

Worried about golddigging... I would say that it is only an issue when money is the only thing that is considered when selecting... when equal value is returned, its not gold digging. What is being done to give him value? If the answer is short of equivalent value... then you are gold digging. What you have is irrelevant to what you are giving. In kind payment was never the point. But absent value, in kind or splitting the bill seems the best you could get.

Not many people really appreciate how perceptions can differ so much between men and women. In many regards we really are NOT the same haha. To any man women adopting masculine traits and emulating men was blindingly obvious. The modern woman was defining her worth in the currency of men. Woman do NOT perceive it that way and it can be a struggle for men to put themselves in that position. Crucial factor though is that men were and are RIGHT in this. This is exactly what the "strong, independent" woman is doing. Defining her worth in masculine terms. Ladies, that's not going to end well.

Today that same spirit of conversation can be found in the feminist echo chamber. Back to the garden for context, Man's punishment was to work hard, and by the sweat of our brow we would be nourished. Most men accept this as and work hard most of our lives. The final and most relevant part of the woman's punishment, which sits as the root of her struggles, increasingly so these days is that the man she desires will rule over her. Notice that desire comes first. Submitting to him is the sandpaper in the relationship that when rubbed up against causes irritation. Just ask a women to submit to a man and see how she reacts. Fast forward to now, the serpent whispers, did God really say that he will rule over you?, surely you can do anything he can do but better, so now we have the false male that confuses assertiveness with aggression.

I agree with the overall sentiment as usual however I should point out that the "low T" argument is flimsy broscience at best. The normal range for Testosterone in adult males is roughly 300-1000 ng/dl (which is quite a large spread to begin with) and the vast majority of guys sit comfortably within that range. It is estimated that rate of low T is somewhere in the low single digits (2-6%), hardly epidemic level proportions. We obviously don't have a record of T levels in men for 99.9% of human history, so comparing T samples of men today to those a couple decades ago (a mere blip on the timeline of human history) could very well be statistically insignificant. At the end of the day a normal guy will be far better off utilizing discipline hard work and habit by going to the gym, or wherever, than by externalizing the problem to "my T is just too low to be able to squat 405lbs or run my first 5k or get that promotion" etc. Speaking of the gym, the unfortunate reality is that there is no way to naturally increase your T levels to any statistically significant degree outside of exogenous hormone supplementation (TRT). Of course, things like exercise (you should be lifting weights) a good diet and smart lifestyle choices all contribute to a healthy and masculine life but none of these things will affect your T levels, period. The clickbait KZbin videos entitled "boost your T 200% with THIS WEIRD food" or the OTC pill bottles promising T increasing results are, as you may have guessed, complete baloney. Eating steak and eggs for dinner or, conversely, using soy products, has not been demonstrated to have ANY significant or long term effects on your T levels (sorry boomers). There is plenty of scientific literature clearly demonstrating that while hormone levels may be elevated during or shortly after a workout, this effect is acute (short term) and that your hormone levels return to normal soon afterwards. Of course, extreme lifestyle choices (excessive alcohol consumption, being extremely over or underweight, etc) can have a detrimental effect on hormones in both males and females. Apparently, interacting with females (platonically or otherwise) actually seems to have some small improvement on T levels, so that's neat. The real blackpill on T is that it seems plausible that environmental conditions before you were even born could play a larger role in your overall hormone profile then how many pushups you do or Jocko Willink podcasts you listen to. I recently watched a Joe Rogan clip where he interviewed Dr Shanna Swan, a medical researcher, who has been studying how Phthalate (plastics) exposure in lab mice during gestation leads to incomplete masculinization of male mice after birth. While there is no definitive conclusion yet it would not be hard for us to imagine that exposure to artificial compounds we can't even see but that have surrounded us for decades have actually been influencing our biology all this time. For the above reasons and more Nature/environment is certainly an interesting aspect to consider, but I believe Nurture wins out here. You mentioned lack of role models or masculine influence. Jordan Peterson and others often point out that our society actively punishes boys who show normal signs of competition, aggression, hierarchy, creativity...basically any masculine tendency is stomped on and medicated at an early age. The worst (and more difficult to comprehend) part however comes around the age of puberty/adulthood where the modern male is presented with an endless supply of dopamine hits at the push of a button for little cost or in some cases for free. Video games, onlyfools/corn (which is FREE to stream on your smartphone at any time 24/7), drugs or alcohol, easy to access calories in fast food doordash etc, entertainment, on and on. It is extremely difficult for the human brain, which was certainly not created with an abundance mindset, to resist fulfilling its instincts and desires when they are literally available at the push of a button. Whether on purpose or incidentally this has created a generation of subdued, sedated men. I recall in high school English class the teacher asking us to imagine if we lived during Orwell's 1984 or Huxley's Brave New World....well...sorry folks but we crossed that bridge YEARS ago.

Love your content, but I disagree with your theory that if women were told it was a choice to not be like men that they'd have chosen, the more feminine path. I have 2 younger sisters & grew up around them.and all their friends and I can count maybe 3 that would have chosen that. The rest, and especially women and girls now, think they can be everything. They genuinely believe that they can be everything and that men are so desperate that we'll be there waiting with open arms, ready to fall at their feet thanking them for saving us from our miserable lives. I'd love to know how this delusion has lasted so long because most men are happiest without the women we have today. It's sad & seeing what my 15byear old son has to choose from is heartbreaking. I have little hope for the dating market. After all, why have a family when you can have a boss, right?

I disagree with you on the dress up part. Statistically men want a woman like you; minimal make up no nails and dressed in comfortable not to revealing clothes. NOT full war paint, claws, and party clothes! Women do that to compete with other women. Women are HIGHLY competitive and that's why they do it, not because men like it.
