That answer would still be no, because, for example: when it comes to child birth, women are more important than men. So the arguement still falls apart under closer examination. Even in general, men and women aren't equal. Why do you think we say "save the women and children first?" That definitely is a difference in what type of treatment we deserve. When women got the right to be firefighters, join the army, become cops they had to lower the standards of the performance test so it fits both genders.
