Same. But if it wasn't for my experiences I wouldn't have became a Sigma at age 12. Age 12 to 18 I was incarcerated under Kamala Harris's legislation (i.e., California Proposition 21). Many lonely days in Theo Lacy (SHU), CYA, and LA Mens Central. Eventually I realized I have only myself. You get used to it. Just got to find and discover yourself, acknowledge your strengths, your weaknesses, do some shadow work, and trust me when I tell you... *you will make confident people feel insecure when they are around you; simply because you don't require validation other than God.*

Even when im around people, i still feel alone. Multiple times, i went out with friends to bars, and usually, i would leave to be by myself and then come back in like everything is fine. It really is a struggle.

You're right. Men ARE hurting! And most women don't care. I understand the despair of being alone. I've been that way most of my life. But I still try to be there for those that are alone like me...even through my pain. My pain gives me purpose and my purpose keeps me from killing myself. Apologies if that scares you, Tay. Your inability to be alone, will keep you in a toxic relationships, marriages, friendships, etc. Stop depending on people to keep you happy. They will fail you. They say it's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all and I don't agree with that because then you just spend life comparing everything to that love if it was indeed real love. This is why I tell people all the time we must learn to find solace. In solitude so when alone we're not lonely. Now I'm not saying this is easy rather than necessary. I really do believe the hardest part for people. When it comes down to being alone is how now they're forced. To be in their own head instead of the loneliness itself. But I promise all doing this will help & it's kind of something. We gotta figure out on our own. Cuz their really isn't no exact blueprint to do this.

I agree. If I get recorded crying, I would be embarrassed and I would hope that my wife will never come across the clip of me crying my eyes out. People can say what they want. It's ok for a man to cry and be vulnerable this and that but it doesn't look good when a grown man is openly emotional in front of people. Especially in front of women. On the rare time that I need to cry it out, I make sure to lock myself in a bathroom.
