Then I'm the bipolar one. I'm good with that. Very good with that. They can stay away. Please stay away. They try to sneak back in. I have slam the door in their face. Don't have time for it

People can and do change, but only because they want to, realize they need to, and only when they're ready to. My entire life journey has consisted of lessons and applying them. Each have changed me, grown me. Some for better and some for worse too. It takes immense honesty to face ourselves and heal what needs healing. Positive change is always a result of self care. Not arrogance, vanity, or superficiality, but true soul, self care. We must stop believing that another will complete us and learn that we heal a piece of humanity when we heal ourselves and discover that we are a whole on our own and another's purpose is to join that growth. We grow all our lives, some people grow with us and others away from us. Both are blessings, lessons. Both are a piece of a part of our life journey. Both take something and both leave something.

Here's an example, if they have been hot and cold, not following through ect. you give them an ultimatum do x,y, or z, if not I'm out. They will either comply with your request or try and call your bluff-especially if they think your a pushover and won't follow through. Then you wait and see if they follow through with your request or you walk-they will find out you weren't bluffing if they chose not to follow through and you leave.

Unpopular opinion here 😅 but I just wanted to say 4/5 times it is disrespect but on that odd 1/5 chance it could also be someone with unmedicated ADHD. I know I personally have no time space awareness and genuinely feel bad about it when I’m late. But I am aware I have this issue I always try to let ppl know beforehand and respect if it’s not something they can tolerate. I also encourage people who do stay to call me out on it or help me with reminders to text back or even told them to just trick me if you need me there by 3pm tell me u need me there by 7am. 😭 I also tell them if I’m late just leave without me don’t wait for me I’ll understand it’s my bads.
