Crystal, those are not angels, they are demons. One opens the door to demons when seeking spirits, astrology, tarot reading, etc... this is not from God, it is witchcraft. The Lord commands us not to seek these! Remember Saul lost his anointing because he sought witchcraft. “Saul finally abandoned God and joined himself to Satan as he went to enquire of the witch of Endor “ (1 Samuel 28:6-25; 1 Chronicles 10:13,14) .

@@gricellealeksander6201 It's all about the intentions behind it, for one to say those are not angels, those are demons....🤔 if spirit and angels dont exist, what are you saying about about lord and savior? My weirdness? I remember many facts and they pop out of my mouth in any conversation. I've tried not to be the annoying 'Cliff Clavin' - stupidly smart, unfortunately, I can't seem to help myself. People always tell me that I'm smart but I keep telling them I just read a lot and some of the facts stick in my head, even if I can't place exactly where I read or heard them. One of my oldest friends told me that this is why I'm still single - my intellect is intimidating. I've tried to dull it down, but like a blazing fire - I find it impossible to hide.

I cannot eat soggy food. For example, when eating pancakes, normal people pour syrup on their pancakes then eat them. I cut a piece off then pour a drop of syrup on the pancake then eat the small piece before the syrup soaks in. 😂 My boyfriend laughs at me. But, he said every time he sees pancakes, he thinks of me. 💗

I usually tell my shortcomings to people (friends and men I am interested in). I don't know how it comes across. They may think I am an overshare, but I dont want to pretend to be something I am not. I want to be known and liked for who I am.

Yes! When Harry Met Sally is a perfect example for people that run in to each other again and again in life.
@kerriehew86643 жыл бұрын
My weirdness is my wordiness when I am passionate about a subject. When Harry met Sally is one of the best romcoms of all time! You 'can' and 'should' fall in love and marry your best friend! Another 2015 movie that is more sexually charged and gritty but follows the same premise is Sleeping with other people starring Jason Sudeikis and Alison Brie. One more thing, favourite movie quote about loving someone's quirks. "You're not perfect sport, she's not perfect either. But the question is whether or not you're perfect for each other." Robin Williams in Good Will Hunting.

Lol... My weirdness is wherever I go animals show up, even wildlife and exotics show up. I worked with animals for much of my life in my Veterinary Medicine career. I am always thrilled (except when wild skunks, and other wildlife, want to snuggle!) and just love it. I believe in many Native American Traditional teachings and there are so many meanings tied to Nature and Animals, and am grateful for these teachings. 💕 Can we all say "Weirdos Unite!" 😊

I'm perfect, for that one man who knows I'm perfect for him; and with all my eccentricities, I'm so looking forward to learning all about his too! I've too many to list, and I do love my weirdness. I know my worth, know my value, and it can't be purchased! Most people who know me love me for exactly who I am. I think it helps them, that that's how I love others. Grace grows on people. Hope does too! If my weirdness bothers someone, when I don't impose any of it on them, it's only about their own "stuff," at that point. It's not about me, so I give them grace. Thanks so much for the videos!!!

I have a lot of weirdness going on too: checking the locks like 9 times when I leave the house (seems like OCD, but, oh well...), restating a conclusion one more time, just to be clear about it, remembering numbers, and more 😅

I always say there is no problem living with the similarities. It's how you manage the differences that make or break a relationship. So I have developed a little game that I call confessions. Every date, I confess one of my idiosyncrasies. Fortunately, I have quite a few so I start with the little ones first such as my bad handwriting (I missed my calling as a doctor) and my corny sense of humour, etc.

I am not convinced that we "fall in love" with weirdness. We may find the quirks endearing if we like someone.I think it has been pretty well explored that we "fall in love" with that person that reminds us of the dynamic we had in childhood.

This is very true, and this is why I think a very important video on YT for everyone who is in a relationship or wants one is "Why You Will Marry The Wrong Person" by Alain de Botton. It gave me a much better perspective on the crazy-making things in my long marriage.
@Lapastel374 жыл бұрын
Yes but if you become aware of it, you can eventually go beyond childhood patterns to find out what you really like, not in a disfunctional way.
@meagiesmuse23344 жыл бұрын
@@Lapastel37 - I hope that will work for you, but it did not work for me. I went through the whole ACOA program and followed it to the letter to find someone who was not like my father, but those traits can appear in ways that are not obvious at all, so I still picked someone like my father, but who was like him in different ways than what I used to be attracted to earlier in life. If you watch the video, he suggests how to handle this. It is paramount to accept that there is no perfect partner, and none of us are perfect partners either, so all relationships have things you just have to put up with. Accepting that is how I've managed to stay married for 35 years this time. Also, knowing what we really need in a partner is way more important than what we think we want, imo, which requires a lot of self-awareness. Best wishes to you in your search.

Hi Jonathon from Macleay Island Queensland Australia. What an interesting video. I found it by default and enjoyed what you had to say. Many, many years ago when I was a young wife and mother I heard that the thing that attracted you to a partner was the thing you ended up hating a few years down the track. I processed this and filed it away for future reference. Your talk seems to be the other swing of the pendulum and something I hadn't considered until I wathced this presentation. Thank you for your insights. Something new to chew on. Stay safe and enjoy the day.

I'm weird about the timing of eating and drinking: I only eat between 12:30pm and 7pm (intermittent fasting) and I wait 20 minutes after drinking water before a meal and a half hour after a meal to begin hydrating again. Also, I don't know if this qualifieds as "weird," but I would be happy if the whole world was different shades of purple. I really appreciate your explanation of the use of the word "but." I have been saying the same for years! 🤓

Omg, yeah, Sir. Being unique and being true to yourself is the best. The weird thing about me is smelling the food, then out of nowhere my ex looked at me like I do something wrong then, I felt uncomfortable when I see his reaction, but I just smile at him that nothing's happened. Btw, thank you for the advice, Sir. I agree to this, being ourself is something makes us different from others. 😊

I liked the video, and you’re right. I lost my husband after he lost his battle of an 8 year illness. I knew some of the reasons I fell in love with him, but I remember mostly some of the “cracks” that you mention! Of course, I don’t know exactly what all about me made him fall in love with me. But here are a couple of my own cracks. When I cook, and it’s a lot, now very often for just myself, but, I cook a meat and I must have 2 sides! The only time I differ from that is if I make a sandwich. Now I make prepare more than 2 sides, but I won’t eat without at least 2, if I’m cooking at home or eating out! Another thing is that I fed test finger prints on glass or wood surfaces. We had a glass tabletop and also glass French Doors when we built our home. I cleaned those 2 surfaces multiple times a day. In my shiny glass surface, even our 2 year olds prints on the glass door drive me nuts! I’ve relaxed on this one a little over the years, but have as big an issue with rings made by cups and glasses or bottle and cans. I’d almost run from a guest to put a coaster or two down near where they’d sit on the sofa!! And, my hair has to be combed and fixed how I’m satisfied or I won’t go out, not even outside in my own yard!! I know I have many, many more things, cracks.....it’s a wonder that I’m still in one piece!! But, you’d think with all these imperfect perfections that I’d be so lovable that night man could resist me, LOL, but I guess that’s just not how it works!!
