I think the movie is just a little more 'complicated' than necessary, but Will Smith and Josh Broslin really pulled this movie. I really thought I was watching a younger Tommy Lee and Will just showed his strenght as an actor in somewhat awkward scenes that wouldn't be as good with a lesser actor. The ending was unexpected and good... freakin tearjerker.

This is really a fantastic movie. When you watch it, there will be some time travel paradoxes but if you get caught up in the story it won't matter to you.

This is the best men in Black in the franchise. Well written and very well acted. Josh Brolin killed it playing a young Tommy Lee Jones agent K. It’s uncanny. Bill Hader did a wonderful Andy Warhol impression he is great in Barry. The little touches with the story was great. “ A miracle is what seems impossible but happens anyway”

The total buzz of it all, the fans, the photo ops (yeah... we felt like movie stars!), and most of all, the movie itself was good! I’m very surprised how good this film is. Its just I love the first film but I didn’t like the second and traditionally the worst film in a trilogy is always the third. So I wasn’t looking forward to finding out what this third film was like. But now that I finally got around to watching it I am really surprised. For one thing my main disappointment about MIB2 was the villain. The giant cockroach in the first film actually felt powerful and intimidating but despite the chick in the second film technically being powerful she just felt lame and a bit too cartoony in comparison to the previous villain despite the entire series possessing a certain amount of comedy. But this new villain is much more freaky and monstrous and awesome like the original villain.

Haven't you ever seen other movies like Back t the Future? In part 2, changing the past caused an ALTERNATIVE timeline. If K is killed in 1969 when Boris kills him, J 's timeline is changed with, most likely him still running down the alien in part 1- but he's not interviewed by K in the police station, but another MIB agent.

Right before realizing that canonically the MiB were founded in the 50s, I came up with a pitch for Men in Black 4 (5 if you count International) that involved more time travel. It was going to be that the Men in Black had been around for centuries, and J and K (or H and M but preferably the first two) had to travel back to the Renaissance to stop the villain, and they would end up teaming up with Leonardo da Vinci, who was a Men in Black agent, in fact he was their weapon guy. I like to imagine Patrick Stewart as Leonardo.

Why was the graffiti wall not in the movie? Also they changed the scene where K tells J about the secrets of the universe. In the trailer it is over the phone but in the movie it is in a restaurant. Also some dialogue was changed.

Well time-travel is not an exact science since it hasn't been done - as we know anyway. But it isn't that flawed if you look at it as creation of timelines. SPOILERS incase someone else is reading this - Can say that J remembered K when no one else did because of emotional connection and that he was destined to go back, but then he would know what happened already, but as I say if you look at it as creation of new timelines at each event with J in the middle of it all, it's good enough for me.
