I'm not sure you're aware how deep of an impact you're having on the lives of young men Kris. Obviously you've been helping us, but for me personally your videos have been inspiring me for 6 months now to improve more than I could have imagined. I was listening to The Male Advantage audiobook while I would fall asleep, when traveling, I listen to your videos every day, even repeating them. Your teaching has permeated into the way I think daily, so working out and working on my business (which I started about a month after finding you on KZbin) seems so enjoyable and exciting and right. As a 24 year old, you've given me such a positive outlook on the next decades of my life that I certainly otherwise wouldn't have had. You're a role model for men everywhere, and I know once you have the men's streaming platform up, you'll continue helping increasingly more people. Cheers mate, I really do appreciate all that you do and I'm sure so many guys in these comments have their own stories to tell you about how much of a change you're making.

You're so right on point! This is so true in Asian cultures where men are raised to take this linear path to life. To play it safe and not take risks. To think that marriage will solve all their worries. In reality they share all their worries, insecurities & have someone to blame to. I'm going to be 33 this year, moved to a different country to start over, focusing on my mental & physical health. Marriage is the last thing on my mind right now.

There is natural beauty in family. It is in our inherent nature to be patriarchs. I agree, don’t have a child until your financially and emotionally ready, but don’t smack on a man’s decision to get married and have a family. The fact that we DONT have strong families in the West is the primary reason we are seeing such sharp decline in happiness, success, and marriages.

Yup. Was thinking the same. Men throughout time would have families very young.

You're forgetting that there used to be a lot more stability in the past, the women stayed at home and the man brought home the dough. Now the man has to provide, clean the house, look after the child and support his wife in her "career". No one has time for their kids anymore.

Kris make so many excellent points here. I know a lot of red pill guys are not for marriage/family but you can be red pill aware and still want those things. The point is prioritize life set up, become a high value male then do whatever the hell you want to do. I’m a traditional guy, Christian, so I do believe in marriage but i want to remove the government involvement. Any ways a lot of my friends got married early without having this life setup and I think it’s a mistake. Life would be so much easier for a man to focus on himself from 18-35 then think about kids and a LTR/marriage once he has reached his peak in fitness, money and life setup. Even at 35 if you’re not there, put it off until you are. When you finally got that set up your happy with get yourself a girl 10-15 younger than you, you’ll be a way better catch than the guys her age. She comes into your world, since you’re the older more experience and have the life setup, she is entering into your frame. This is a perfect set up to have a family and kids if you’re into that but do the work first. Also even with that setup don’t have your kid until your 40.

Great video, Kris! I’ve been on the life setup grind for a few months now (looks, gym, finances, and a small amount of game/charisma) and I’m already seeing results. I’m wondering, however, if going to the gym as a natural leaves me at a disadvantage compared to enhanced lifters. My intuition is that if I maximize all areas and have a great natural body then I shouldn’t worry about being enhanced and risking my natural testosterone production.
@TheJacali14 күн бұрын
Steroids suck bro. People seriously underestimate what can be achieved naturally. If you’re willing to put in years of work the ceiling is practically limitless. Key is to always be getting smarter. If you’re not making gains then you don’t know enough.

We need a sort of "Facebook" for men who think like us. To make new productive and like minded friends, to make networking connections, to motivate and encourage one another, to be supported in our ambitions and goals, and to just shoot the shit but with class. I think most of us don't have a tight group of like minded people in our circles. And although I have a girlfriend who is just as ambitious as me, (we don't want kids) most of my male friends have either settled in marriages, have kids, or both, or are not going anywhere in life period. The old saying goes that you are the person who you spend most of your time with and in some ways I feel like I have outgrown many of my male friends. The problem for me and many other men is they only have friends in their lives who are not on the same level or mindset as us. I think men like us need to build an online/in-person community. To bring all the 1st men of the world together!

Really good video, summarised a few things I've thought about for several years in a concise way. There seem to be so many traps in life that are easy to fall into without the correct knowlege, and I see so many of my friends walking straight into them without fully thinking the consequences through. #1 for me is marriage, I don't know a single man who says his relationship became better after signing the contract, not one. However I know a number who've been utterly screwed by it. Something I've been doing for around 5 years is looking at a girls mum (that's the best prediction of what she'll look like in the future) and asking myself the question - "Would I want to put up with the hassle of this girl when she looks like that?". The answer has in every instance been no.

This also means spending more time in the gym... for university students that can only spend a set time in the gym of lets say, 1 hour for 5 days a week.. how can you work out in such a way to keep making improvements in muscle mass, while still keeping your volume constant.. Thanks alot

I would say life setup. For example, I'm 29, I only had 20 minutes each morning to train at 25, sometimes more, but I did what I could. Now I earn more, work for myself and can train whenever I want, it's easier. Fitness is a long journey mainly because of time restraints, work at life and success and achieve a better life setup in order to find that time. Another example is, a man has a child at 23 and then complains about having no time for the gym, that's poor life setup. Just make life easier in anyway you can

Another big reason why I think men should date younger gals is the relationship dynamic. When you date someone of a similar age you may find problems with respect and a sense of entitlement, meaning she may feel that she doesn't need to fulfill any specific roles in the household as well as in the relationship cause, "you can do it yourself". She may not actively seek to make your life easier in any way because she'll ask herself "why on earth should I need to do that". The gal won't look at you as the pillar of the household and as the masculine figure but instead as the lucky fella who eventually got to have her. Just my 2 cents.

Man i have adhd/add/ocd/tic disorder and i dont know what one i have but i have symptoms of them all. Its not impacting my life negatively but its really hard for me to be focused with my work and it comes in my way when im trying to reach my goals. Ive tried the david goggins straight hard core discipline route but i always fail to be as productive as i wish to be. I need to get diagnosed so i can research ways to better myself in this aspect of life. I am not gna take bitch ass medications like aderall but i will find natural ways to optimize my hormonal levels in order to boost my focus and knowing my diagnosis will really help me but I don’t know who to go to what doctor to go to and what to ask or say in order to get diagnosed

Hey Kris, You say Men in the mid thirties should ideally want to engage with women in their early/mid twenties for long term sustainable relationships.. But what if the women does not want to be with you because of the fact that you are so much older then her ? As even though they will live comfortably for the next few decades but she may fear you will die 10-15 years before her and she will then be all alone at that point in her very old age.I say this because men and women have roughly the same life expectancy (Women slightly higher, but still). Cheers mate.

If you're high value enough women won't care. There's so few quality men they're fighting for you. If you can't reach top level, just go for 26-29 year old women, that's still a great deal for a man in his mid to late 30's. 10 year gap, she's still beautiful, works really well. She'll be more mature too which makes the relationship better. My strategy is sleep with 20-25 year olds, once I've had enough fun settle down with a woman 26-29 when I'm late 30's early 40's and do the family thing. However a mature 21-25 year old woman would work too they're just harder to find

@@1STMAN on the same topic, what do you plan to do at 40. and then 50. is the plan to drop whoever you love or are dating for another early 20’s year old girl and start over until she ages? When does it end, what is the end goal considering that everyone ages?
@1STMAN2 жыл бұрын
Yeah sure. So my logic is, if I get to 35/36 with all of my goals ticked, I'm in my prime with unlimited options, I pick a 22 year old 10/10 with everything I need in a woman. I have kids with this woman and do the family thing. By 40 she'll still only be 26, by 50 when I'm starting to look less good, she'll be 36, so we'll age together and still be close to each others levels. Of course my money would outrank her, a man at 50 still looks good, but by 50 I'll likely be happy with a 36 year old mature woman who I can travel with. I wouldn't want a 22 year old at that point I imagine, we just won't relate. My method not only ensures success on a personal level, but it also improves relationship success rates IMO

@@1STMAN Very fair, I mentally don’t relate with a 22 year old girl at 26 now and im sure you don't either. That said, are you just going to stop being attracted to younger beautiful women once you hit 50? sort of sounds like the plan is to buy into an endless (materialistic) pursuit of youthful women our whole life. which is to go against the flow of life itself as everything ages. This strategy also means not finding anyone important now until your 40’s which is when you plan to find your REAL partner. How meaningful will those relationships from now til 40 be with that mindset. Im not saying you’re wrong, but I think these are questions we should all ask ourselves. The thought of trying to find a 22 year old unicorn girl at age 40 over a decade from now where social media and pop culture will have regressed society even more is wild imo.

My theory revolves around crypto/stocks and the best time to sell. At 35-38 if and it's a big if, a man keeps himself in shape, has achieved a high level of success and great life setup, he will reach the ultimate peak of the male advantage. This is when men hold the most value, the most status and are still in their physical prime as a combination. No other time in a man's life does he have higher value in all areas collectively. Therefore it's the best time to sell your single life. Because with your high value, you're most likely to attract the highest possible quality of woman number 1 and number 2 you'll have a better idea of what you like in a woman due to sleeping around/dating with so many different women
