All the hot takes about a Japanese gymnast who's not even in this video. Can we take time to appreciate how dominant Kohei Uchimura was in MAG AA for 2 quads?!!! And he is excellent in individual apparatuses also. Beijing 2008 - 🥈 London 2012 - 🥇 Rio 2016 - 🥇 Worlds 2009-2011 - 🥇 Worlds 2013-2015 - 🥇 All these people in the comment section who don't know his resume is truly laughable.

Can you guys please start posting 2021 highlights? I barely get to witness anything that happens due to time differences and limited television coverage. I understand the highlights may come on KZbin later, but it is not the same when they’re posted weeks or even months later. Please post every single event that happens, without discrimination of the popularity, as it is your job to bring the games to all of us. At the moment I feel as if the olympics are some kind of whitelisted, pay per view type of event, which is absolutely a disgrace and shame as this is a once in a four year international affair that everyone should be able to experience. If this lag in video production persists it is terrible for marketing the games.

@@3atennis933 I believe the OP is referring the mistake made by the judges on PB. They incorrectly valued one of the Korean gymnasts' start value by a tenth (I believe it was the gymnast who ended up taking Bronze). If they hadn't messed up his score, he would have been the AA champ.

4:34 you can actually see (felt) Kohei's expression of disappointment or desire of being first in 2008 Olympic Stand as second place. ^____^ Target and won first place in the Olympic 4 years later It's too bad he wasn't able to compete this time due to injury, was looking forward to how he would perform in 2020 Olympic (prior to WuhanVirus outbreak where so many plans & expectation had to be altered)

Its amazing when u realize that kohei uchimura has 3 individual all round medals in 3 consecutive olympics!!! I believe the chinese guy was way overscored in beijing 2008!! Otherwise kohei could have had 3 consecutive golds!! You can see on the podium he is sour with that silver probably cause he knew he was robbed!! His high bar routine at rio 2016 was exceptionally and flawless!!

Nah, Yang Wei was very dominant in the AA that entire quad - it's not like this was a one-off performance. Don't forget he was also the AA World Champion in 2006 and 2007 - in both cases by a country mile.

@@rrz6674 I’m not saying he deserved 14,7. but the mistake looked much bigger than can be written down by the judges. @@Momsemann frankly it's not unusual for home country to receive within 0.5 point inflation in total, but usually, at least they should put out a performance with no major error. I think this competition is very unfair because they inflated his score more than usual
