Hi KAYLYN, I used a a texturizer on my hair, it made my hair really thin and soft. If I lay my head on a flat surface, it will be very obvious the side that was on a flat surface because that side goes completely flat. I would like to have curls, do you think I need to trim my hair and grow it back naturally or should i follow the process and the products on your video? I need your help please🙏🏾

I like how she said his hair basically needs to get used to being moisturized around 3:07. I found that out accidentally 3.5 years ago by trial and error taking care of my 4c Brotha Hair. It takes time and patience and trying products. I changed around my products but if I had to have only ONE it would be Curls Blueberry Bliss Reparative Leave-In Conditioner, pricier than run of the mill alcohol heavy Cantu but not up there with the MIss Jessie's and the most leave-in expensive I've ever used, Ouidad. Which was okay to me, no harm was done but I've gotten better effect for cheaper prices from Shea Moisture and Fantasia products. Also, oil is not a product, in my opinion, it's a food group and 4c hair needs it to flourish. I use virgin organic from Trader Joes.

Because I 8ams erryday I’m not tryna walk around campus looking old asf with yum yum sauce in my head.. or throughout the day maybe like 3 times? I’m tryna find the key.. I’m tired of hair looking like Garbo.. fr
@harashe10006 жыл бұрын
Wash it once a week. If you wash hair too often, it'll get damaged. Also, it's good to spray your hair with a little water daily (that way your curls get moisture and pop out even on days when you haven't washed it). You should also put oil (I prefer argan) after you moisturize your hair with water (I usually do this in the morning so everything looks fresh). Over time your hair will keep getting and looking healthier and healthier-- good luck!

KAYLYN IVY wait so if you had put the curl enhancing soothie in the day before do you have to apply it each day or you can just wet your hair and it will just leave your hair curly?
@KaylynIvy6 жыл бұрын
Ummm...I’m trying to figure out a good way to explain this cause it’s different for everyone. Basically if your the type of person that washes their hair every single week, then you don’t have to apply product every day because your hair will still be holding onto it from the first day you applied it. Now if you’re someone who rarely washes their hair, like once a month or even less, then your hair is going to naturally just be dry because you never wash it so it’s not used to holding onto water/products. So you’d have to apply it every day. But if you were to start washing your hair every week, over time you’d start to notice that the product that you put in the first initial day stays and you don’t have to keep reapplying anymore

@Deklectic6 жыл бұрын
Wow i remember the first time i thoroughly detangled my twa with a styling tool i was soo afraid of that comb but once i got all those months of shedding out my curl just came out and popped and i realized my hair needs a good detangling with my Wet Brush Detangling Comb once a month because my shedding sits on the ends and for me that causes tangles after some time. Another trick for those with coily or kinky hair is when you deep condition let it sit for 20 30 mins with alittle heat or a shower cap then detangle after it sits because it softens and relaxes the hair enough to make them tangles slide out.. my family be wondering how i detangle all this mane i keep tryna tell em nobody wants to listen they think i got some special hair growth gene.. no its because i focus on healthy hair care and not just length.. I promise length will come with healthy hair care its a given man or women. Yall go to sallys and get that Wet Brush Comb it looks like itll snatch you up but the comb has this weird wavy scurl shape thats perfect for some tight curl patterns especially if you hair grows natural finger coils like mine that can snag on typical combs.. Try it tho yall.. and if you dont like it just bring it back sallys has a good return policy. Like i still cant believe how gentle that thing is on my strands i have never used a comb in my life that didnt snatch my strands from the roots this comb is giving me life i gonna go buy like 3 more as a back up just incase they stop making it lol
