Instead of “scrunch drying’, you could just use a diffuser! It also keeps hands out of the hair so that the oils don’t transfer over and ruin the curl pattern

Here's a tip apply your products on wet damp hair, use a diffuser and spot diffuse/dry one spot at a time to minimizefrizz. Once done you can play with the parting and voila!

the hair stylist i went to yesterday did the same exact thing and turned my hair into this masterpiece, he also used a diffuser so anyone in here can also try that, while it still damp with the diffuser you push the diffuser into your hair and basically scrunch it with the blow dryer, im just trying to understand what hair cream/gel or whatever he used before doing that, it felt like gel afterwards

Could you explain how you handle frizz if you only shampoo/wash hair every 2-4 days? I go to the gym 6 days a week but I have hair similar to yours so it gets frizzy by day 2 and dry + coarse by day 3 of not washing my hair.
