Sam is doing great work destigmatizing sharing emotions and fighting toxic masculinity! Thank you for the video, I love these little glimpses into people's lives and the battles they fight.

❤️ Wow! So beautiful to see men not only sharing... but finding support! Thank you for sharing this! From a feminine perspective, this taught me a lot. By the way, as an American, who used to live in Australia, I still have a panic attack every time I watch someone pull into traffic. 🤣

This really needs to be shown in every school around the country! The shoes outside parliament and the waiata from that woman who lost so many family was heartbreaking but impactful at the same time! 😢 I will never forget this. And hoping that I too can be a light in the darkness of this world.

People just have a hard time expressing their emotions because of the fear of ridicule the fear of embarrassment the fear of being known as mentally unstable that is why they isolate themselves from people

That and also a lack of trust and faith in people, in humanity feel being burnt and rejected 😢

This guy is a true living legend! Not selfish like a lot of people. Putting others before himself. 👌👏 More people are needed to save lives. We can't rely on the broken government system which often has the band aid approach. It's going to take a army of nzers to reduce the high rate of suicide in New Zealand 🇳🇿 Kia Kaha
