After leaving the family home, I have spent my life on my own, relationships didn't happen, I wasn't ideal partner material, I knew when I was young that I would spend my life on my own, I stood out, whilst everyone around me were busy in relationships, I was going about my life without a significant other, I have achieved everything on my own, my family have moved on, married, divorced, had children, turned their back on me, died etc, etc, now, approaching 60, I still enjoy life on my own, working, going to gigs, going on holiday, riding my motorbike, enjoying time with my friends, I look older than I am, but I'm content with life, I like my own space, my own time, and a tranqyuility

I'm at the age where I'm living the exact life that you described. It's very liberating and enjoyable. My time is my own and I do not have to worry about a schedule or a negotiation about what I will do that day. I get to enjoy time with my children and grandchildren and watch them grow and deal with life challenges. I do not interfere in their lives , but they know I'm available for advice coming from my own experience. With the caveat that some of what I say may not apply to the world today. Everything evolves and changes over time. That being said , my life is peaceful and rewarding. You have excellent content in your channel for older men transitioning to a new chapter of their lives. Stay the course!
