बहोत अच्छे... आजतक किसीनेभी नही बताया की घरका काम करनाही सबसे अच्छा excercise है वरना आजकल ladies घरका काम करना अच्छा नही लगता और महंगे gym मे जाकर पैसा खर्च करना होता है......

Mam मै chalte time gir गयी थी मुझे ancl पण break hutha plastw kiya ab thik hai but abhi one months sw muje vapas pain hota hai jab मै chalti हु. Mera vajan bhi jada hai. Mai gharke saew kam karti hoo. Mera वेट कम नही होता है. मेरे पैर ptle hai aur body heavy hai isliye mere leg bahut pain hote hai calshim tab khti hoo to muje स्टोन है मी क्या कर सक्ती हो कोई उपाय बताओ.
