Thank you very much for this informative video. I really appreciate that you give us more in depth explanations of the physiological processes and the hormones’ roles in them. I try to learn as much as I can about menopause and what it entails, but find that most menopause educators here on KZbin stay on a (for me often very boring) surface level of information.
