Arnold took a lot of steroids, it’s starting to show. Also I don’t think he wears sunscreen. Ernie has always been natural, probably wears good sunscreen as well. Really, all those things matter

"i don't know what these things do, probably nothing!" Lol love the honesty. It's not just that Ernie looks great and still has a good amount of muscle mass, he moves really well too. I love that he's not just trying to be some jacked guy in his 70s, he wants to be in great shape in his 70s and realizes that means working out differently and targeting different things like balance. Ernie isn't just a great actor, he's a smart guy. By all accounts is also a nice guy in real life.

The fact that he said hes not a gym rat😮. I would have sworn he was. Hes so relatable in his workouts and eating. He doesnt do too much at all in any category. He said he runs 2 to 3 minutes😅. He workouts at 10am (where some people act like you have to get up at 5am every morning to look like this). Everything he does is so attainable. He looks AMAZING.

This interview should have been hours long. Ernie touched on so many valuable points. He beat cancer twice which is amazing. More and more I really am convinced that a clean diet and exercise is major part of beating cancer. I hope we get a second part of this. Ernie seems like he has a lot more knowledge to pass on. Thanks to him for sharing. He’s a very genuine and thoughtful man.

I met Ernie Hudson at a Comicon once... one of the nicest, coolest, down to earth gentlemen you will ever meet! He's not a stuck up celebrity.
