Dave Winfield had a 22-year MLB career. He is a 12x All-Star. A 7x Gold Glove winner; and a World Series champion. He was drafted to play Major League baseball. He was drafted by both the NBA and the ABA to play pro basketball. He was also drafted, by the Minnesota Vikings to play football, even though he never played football in college. Dave Winfield was the best pure athlete I've seen in recent memory.

Bo is one of the biggest athletic influences on me as a kid. Likeable guy as well. But yeah, the Bo know to do this segment seems out of place. Only shows outside of fridge and doesn't open it. He basically says he eats for pleasure. Doesn't work out regularly now or prioritizes it. He bikes, but he didn't say how often. Didn't seem to have a home gym, but mostly some equipment randomly placed around a fun room. We only saw a dumbbell rack he doesn't use and some equipment in the background. Far as the eye test he looks a little juicy. All this is ok, but hopefully you know what type of athlete he was, otherwise why would men's health choose this person for this segment?
