@@DynamicDurge I was just referring to the actual structure of the workout - there was a dynamic warm-up that activated the muscle-groups needed to perform the workout, and the exercise selection was geared towards improving his performance as Master Chief. Most of the workouts in these segments don’t posses the elements I just mentioned, they often are “pump” or “bro” workouts that aren’t really effective for the average, natural, guy who isn’t take PED’s.

Yeah the show isn't really good when you compare it to the game. It especially has a lot of continuity errors (uncolored props in one scene to another), but pablo schreiber is 100% what I would've expected a spartan to sound, act and look like and he's done fantastic

And for people who actually seen the season finale you will understand why Master Chief acts like a human and not like a warrior droid going from mission to mission. This being said, it was always unrealistic to expect the whole tv-show to just be one fight scene after another...this ain't a video game. It added to the Halo story, fleshed out a lot of characters and I suspect even turned a lot of non-Halo players into maybe trying the game!

But next time, please, as a dear Halo fan from release, im begging the actors & directors/producers to play the game & understand the Spartan 2's & John 177 a bit more. John117 was meant to be a Robot originally, thats why he became the way he is now, Spartans never take their helmets off, unless they feel like they have nothing else to loose, shows a lot more depth once the helmet is removed, but only once & to hell if the audience is going to see more than his eyes. 🧠 Food for thought, coming from a very dear fan from 3 weeks before CE was released in the UK.
