It’s INSANE that the police don’t arrest squatters! In the US just this week, a woman entered a home, helped herself to the resident’s clothes, took a shower and claimed she lived there when the residents returned home and called the cops. She was ARRESTED. If that was the UK, the police would have washed their hands of it!

I like how the squatters claimed that they could only speak French and yet not only could they call the police but have a conversation with them in the house.

I hope that the RSPCA was able to take the rabbit! It had obviously been left alone for days. John Bartram was very kind to his hoarding tenent

25:43 thing is, if landlords are enduring these problems with bad letting agents, bad tenants and vice versa, with all these properties for sale once landlords have given up and sold up, with councils no longer wanting to be social landlords anymore, this is going to push up the cost of private rentals even more, even outside London, with young people priced out of the property ladder, unable to rent and forced into living with parents, yet they can’t inherit their parents property after their parents pass on, which has to be sold and where council tenancies cannot be passed on either

How they want more homes if people destroy them and judges make process a long time thing and when they finally leave the place is destroyed

Without paying tenets have no right to steel from the owner. They should be evicted on the spot. The rules of court are only fair to the thieves. Imagine using a flat, as a salvage area, for scrap metal. Difficult to rent to friends, when they turn against you for owing you money. Not paying is a lifestyle for some of these people. The Letting Agent, John Bartram, is such a kind man, visiting the woman who was rehomed to a new flat. I do hope she accepts assistance to keep this flat clean. The filthy, stinky, damaged conditions of some properties are the worst coupled with nonpayment. The person accepting money for rent from as many men he can fit is a Rat. Who smokes in the house and puts the smokes out on the floor, filthy.

It’s no wonder there are so many criminals in the world with laws like these that are geared towards assisting the ones doing wrong rather than people just trying to make a living🤷🏻‍♀️

For the very beginning where the landlord went in, where I live if he did that he could be charged(doesn't matter if he owns or is a person in charge of renting 24 hr notice has to be given).

I don’t think you understand what “narcissism” is. That’s fine, but maybe it’s best to not spread misinformation about what qualifies as narcissistic. People with mental health issues face enough stigma. Hoarding is more often associated with mental health conditions like depression and OCD.
