I’ve been struggling with my mental health ever since I lost my parents last New Year’s Eve from a drunk driver I’m 24 and every day is a struggle😔🙏🏽

I hope you get help. I know you hurting but through pray and fasting ask God to help you deal with the pain. I lost my my dad at 20 and mother at 30 .Both parents thought sickness. It was hard but I got through you will always miss them. Remember the good time you had with them.🙏🏿❤️

My child’s father needed this. Football and his dad was his life. But he couldn’t play last season and his father died. He was so lost 😢

books that are helpful to read as it relates to this topic is bell hooks "The Will to Change" and "We Real Cool". I think for many straight men, this still remains a domain that requires attention, for men who are of queer experience, we've had more strides in developing emotional awareness and expression. All these tips and insight that this brother is sharing is helpful.
